It's crap the so runs slow as fun even on Wi-Fi.. and sometime it doesn't even pick up routes.. it needs a update it !!

Utterly usesly. Realtime display is a joke. Buses fail to appear on the app even though they're nearby.

Pointless...this route never tracks on Saturdays and Sundays, and is spotty during the week.

WDSU and RTA this app is a waste of time.

8 out if 10 times every single other bus is shown on route except the one I'm waiting for. And its different buses on different routes each time! Not sure if the driver is disabling the tracking device or what. Would work great if it were consistent.

I really like the Transit Tracker - when it works! And if it worked all the time would be an extremely useful tool for those who have to commute by bus or streetcar. The problem is, about ha t time the buses don't even show up on the tracker! l take the #52-St. Bernard Bus (towards Canal St. via St. Anthony Ave.) early EVERY morning, and since I have had this app that bus has NEVER showed up on the tracker not ONE time. If they would put in the Work & fix this app it COULD be great. But now its just NOT!

This is a pile of crap. App showed no buses, attempted to walk in store, and bus passed. Completely useless!

Could be better works for me when I need it but sometimes it gives off false info but overall it's an okay app...

Don't waste your time downloading this app because it's worthless, buses are always off route, when they are on route, it's off by a half mile at least, the 5 stars with no comments are definitely employess leaving 5 star rating, Helen Keller would even see this app is useless!

Buses often don't track, are on the wrong route (I've seen the 88 bus show up in mid-city a few times), and it stops tracking immediately at midnight, which sucks for those of us coming home from work late.

Either the bus is off route or the image is completely off from the actual location of the bus. The drivers don't help at all by not cooperating with the GPS, no one has any sense of accountability in this town, you really think they're gonna show off how lazy and off schedule they always are? This app started off as a life saver, and I believe it can be saved, but right now and for the past couple of months, it's been a worthless waste of phone storage and data 8/30/15 worthless bus drivers I hate n.o

But i love this app. It helps some to calculate when to head to bus stop. Needs better accuracy.

Streetcars have been "off route" for at least a month. Either fix it and get your 5 stars back or I'm uninstalling this piece of crap. You guys should be embarrassed.

...some buses don't show up on the app when I know it's there and the number 65(read-crowder) bus NEVER appears even when I choose to track only it.

It was nice at first but now the busses are never on route you can't actually see where the bus is. My bus is always late so I never know when to catch it. It is supposed to come at 02 on the hour I'll get to my stop early and still wait 45mins the tracker would be great for time management but it doesn't work ever anymore

It constantly says that buses are off route, or that there is only one in bus servicing a route at, for example, five o'clock on Wednesday, which is obviously not true. The point is, the app is great in theory, but needs major bug fixes.

Never miss RTA again.

Can't see the riverfront streetcars, is their GPS off? Will give it a few days to see if it improves.

Never have a used such a worthless app. Buses never show when the tracker says they will be there. Waste of time.

Works good on the days i have class.

It works as well as everything else in this town. That is to say it doesn't work at all. The bus is never on time so it was very helpful to actually see how far off it was through this app. Unfortunately most buses no longer appear on the map at all. I wish somebody anybody in this town would do what they're supposed to.

WDSU transportation application to track bus is quite useless.

If you could just get RTA and their drivers to use it. The GPS is turned off as often as it's turned on.

Most of the time it says the bus is at the bus station. Are drivers not flipping a switch? This bus is 30 minutes late and this app says its not even on route.

It either doesn't track every bus on the route or it doesn't track the buses at all. Either way, the app is useless.

Streetcars that are on the line may or may not show up. The canal street/museum line never shows streetcars. Needs a lot of work!
