During my primary school days, I was unable to spell. I had no problem to remember symbols but letters somehow wouldn't sit.
On the spur of the moment, the English teacher would ask us to close our text books and spell out aloud a word chosen from a previous list we wrote. When my name was called, I would gawp and say nothing.
Before the lesson of painting calligraphy art design letters began a simple exercise was required, which helps achieve the right mindset.
