About Caller Name, SMS Announcer
Are you bored of your normal ringtone (tring, tring). Now assign the all new Caller Name announcer ringtone to your mobile. Know your caller name before you even look at your mobile screen. This caller name, SMS announcer will talk the caller name when you receive a call or a text message. You can even turn on the talker for Notification from other applications (example: hangout, viber, whatsapp, etc). Using this application you can even turn on the option to read the full content of your message.
How to use:
1. Install this free download Caller Name, SMS talker application from playstore
2. Default Caller Announcer, SMS announcer are turned on
3. The option Full SMS announcer can be turn on by the user by tapping on the button
4. For speech setting you can change the below listed things:
(a) Select the Language of talker / announcer (English, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, French, Italian, Portuguese)
(b) Speech Rate (speed at which text is spoken)
(c) An Example option is provided to check the speed settings
5. Notification Announcer has the below listed settings:
(a) Notification settings (user need to turn on Caller Announcer)
(b) App List (displays all the apps for which user want to activate announcer / talker service)
(c) Other settings also provide (Speech Message, Speech audio stream, announcement delay, talker speech repeat)

The app is helpful but it doesn't speak the whole message. It stops somewhere in the message specially when it is long enough. I will give the remaining 1 star if this will be fixed.
