Site Inspector

Image capture tool that records the current GPS position, the date, the time, who captured the image and notes associated with that image.

Each capture has a unique time stamped folder and within that folder is a high resolution image and a text file which contains the notes, GPS position, date, time and who captured the image.

Site inspections process usually involves walking a site taking notes and photos along the way. After the site inspection you are then faced with the laborious activity of downloading the photos from the device and then trying to match these with rough hand written notes. This process is usually plagued with errors and more often than not you don't know the significance of the image, where it was taken or which hand written scribble was associated with that photo.
