I downloaded this California home search app because I wanted to know how good it was compared to searching on a regular desktop. I downloaded it on my Samsung Mega phone and also my Ipad Mini. The search for homes in my area was a very pleasant experience. I was able to quickly find homes that I liked and Zoom in on them and get the most important details of each property. I was able to save my searches to look at them later. This is a great tool for those wanting to look at what home are listed for if they want to sell their home. Buyers get the most updated listings since the MLS feed is being sourced for the homes on this app. By the way, the listing are updated in real-time. As a Real Estate Broker, myself, I suggest that you use this mobile app. It's a WINNER!
