As a loan professional you need this app. Go through the video tutorials to understand all the features. You will see why this is not a must have but a "You better have it" application for both phone and tablet. The cool thing is that if you loose your device you will never need to buy it again. Listen, this is identical to the physical calculator but way better. First you can save certain info and there is "help" on the calculator. None of this is on the physical calculator. Best part is you always have your phone and now you will always have your Calculator. It is also great because you can download it to several devices you have, like your phone and tablet. I cannot stress enough how good this and how much you need it if your in Mortgage.

Calculated industries - Thank you for replying. Perhaps my message was not clear; I purchased the app on two (2) separate Gmail accounts: my personal phone-1; and the my business phone-2. I paid for the app once on each account. The issue is that they are now BOTH unlicensed. I am reaching out via email and I will update my rating after the interaction. I just want to use my calculator.
