Welcome to my App which contains over 80 of my favourite classic recipes for you to recreate in your very own kitchen.

If that isn't enough, I've also included a bonus video chapter packed full of more recipes for you try. And for all the wine lovers out there, most recipes come with a wine recommendation for you to enjoy also.

There's a selection of gluten-free recipes which are fun to make whilst being tantalising on the tastebuds.

Now I realise that not everyone has a fully-stocked pantry of baking ingredients! With my app you can select an alternate ingredient/s in each recipe (where available) which might save you from running down to the corner store. If you decide to select the alternate ingredient, the recipe will then auto-update.

Cupboards looking a little bare? It happens to the best of us! My app also contains a handy 'recipe finder tool'. All you need to do is select from the list of ingredients you might already have in your cupboard and fridge. Then, as if by magic, a list of recipes containing those ingredients will appear for you to choose from. Voila!

Being a person who travels a lot, one of my favourite features of the app is a fantastic measurement conversion tool. That's right, you can convert each of my recipes (excluding bonus video recipes) between Ounces, Grams or Cups!

Sticky fingers and stained cookbooks from baking in the past? Well that's all history now with my app! You'll have the option to bake using 'hands free' within each recipe.

As a professional Pâtissier, one of my worst nightmares is burning a masterpiece! So in my app we developed a clever timer where you'll have the option to set a 'baking timer alert' for each recipe on your phone or tablet! There's even the option to extend the timer by 5 minute intervals if your tart is running fashionably late!

One fantastic thing I notice regularly with my fans & followers on Twitter & Facebook is that you love to show off - especially when baking just like me! Once you've completed a recipe, you'll have the option to take a photo of your creation and either share it to your own Twitter & Facebook pages, or even share it to my Official Facebook page for the world to see!
