The visualisation of a summer forest and its sensual experiences lead to regeneration and relaxation. Furthermore this exercise is useful for solving problems. For this purpose it is helpful to frame a question which answer is currently of importance for you.
You may carry out this exercise anytime you like except while driving a car or when your concentration is required responsibly elsewhere. This exercise is especially suitable for regeneration, to strengthen vitality or to clarify questions.
Repeatedly visualising images in a relaxed condition speeds up the imagination process and leads to a change of your entire mental state. In order to automise the recalling process and to enhance the effectiveness you need a certain amount of practice.
You may listen, read or listen and read at the same time.
The effectiveness of this app increases significantly if you answer the questions at the end of the exercise. You may send your answers via e-mail to any e-mail account and thus it's possible to go back to your answers anytime you like.
