I tried this at the launch festival in March. Recently tried another "similar" product. CafeX is amazing, the others I've tried are simply awful.

It's pretty cool to have a robot arm serve coffee. However, I've had so many issues with the app crashing, or just hanging on a certain loading screen and even the robot not working. Frequent updates are definitely helping. FWIW, I feel that the pricing is a bit too extravagant for regular consumption

The app itself is OK, but the robot never works correctly ever since it started to change. Either the machine never actually started making the order, or some ingredient or another (even water) was out of stock but the station didn't realize that and continued to open for business, producing nearly empty cups. The refunds were quite on time though.

Cool idea and good coffee. The app freaks out if you don't share your location with it though, should just ask me what location I want instead
