Not able to see full screen to make choices.

Totally dismal app. Not sure how Caesars thinks they can send schedules and other vital info to 1300 temp dealers for the wsop using this mess.

Tried to join and the 1st thing it ask for is my 800 #. However when entered in, says its incorrect. Won't allow me past that step so I guess I will be deleting this app from my phone. I guess its only for iPhone users. ???

the employee dashboard still doesn't work for android. emailed customer service 2 months ago and still isn't fixed..

They need to update the total rewards app too. It says that its been one year ago

This app takes up too much memory, so let us move it to our SD card!!

Last update ruined it...useless now...waste of pay, time, and electric. Where do I apply to get a job where all I need to do is make a crappy app even crappier...if that was even possible, which it seems it is...

Entered 800 number came back as already in use but there is no way to get a password change and no phone number or support provided. Useless

Will not let me join no matter how many times I put in my number correctly, it refuses to let me join.

Tried to log in once. It said I had attempted to login too many times. my account was locked, reset the password. Went through the steps to reset the password, get an email link. Got home, checked email..had five emails to reset the pw. clicked on the last one. Tried to reset the pw, hit submit, nothing happened. Email link was only good for 4 hours and had expired. Sorry I work and don't sit around checking e-mails. Tried to get a new link, says an error ha occurred, try again. Tried again. Nothing. Hate

Logged me out two months ago and hasn't let me back on. When I tried to reset password it just gets me to a point of submitting it and then it does nothing. Useless. I can't see my tokes or my pto availability calendar now.

There's always old information in the app. It freezes and unexpectedly closes. Not the best app.

Worthless. Way too may bugs. Very slow. I uninstalled.

Super slow ,it crashes ,need improvement ,it is useful but it does not work properly...

... now it won't even open. Just splash screen, and then "loading content" .

Got it all setup easily enough but man is it not worth it. The app is super slow, super buggy and it's not even well maintained. It seems like the schedule posted for my department is from May. It's half way through June. It also only had two weeks worth of schedule from may. Most other info is posted on the bulletins back of house or in the benefits app. Don't waste your disk space.

Registered and then just spins til stops unexpectedly. Retried and reinstalled several times. Android 4.0.4

Installed the app, but ive tried dozens of times for weeks with 2 different phones to register and it always just says try again later. Giving up and uninstalling now. Based on reviews, it wouldn't have worked anyway.

Can not even register, for the past week I try to set up. I enter my name, them I enter email and password, but when I get to the enter 800 number I keep getting the message to try again later.

Installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, repeat! Put in my 800 # and password, lags, then kicks me out and asks for my 800 # and password again, lags, then kicks me out! I've tried installing it 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks, it just doesn't work! Can we please get the old one back?! Why fix something that's not broken is beyond me!

Horrible app. Don't waste your time downloading it. I downloaded it now it won't let me register and doesn't recognize my 800 number.
