13CABS - more than a taxi

This app works well. It is a little convoluted to set up. I would rather not have to enter my credit card details when setting up an account , but aside from that it works well. I like how it shows all taxis in the area, gives you an idea about how busy the area is. All in all a good, useful app.

Selecting address on map didn't work and attempting to enter it doesn't either (keeps swapping back to 'John St') that isn't nearby.

Rubbish app. Needs a real fix.

There's a very good reason the taxi industry is dying - your app is rubbish, your service is too expensive, your drivers are absolutely worthless and will blatantly pick up randoms even after accepting a booking, yet your drivers still hold protests for better pay and to shut down Uber? People will stop using Uber if you provide a remotely usable service.

The app crashed a dozen times in a few minutes of trying to book a taxi. And they wonder why people are deserting then for Uber...

Quuiet impreessed I was in a rush and managed to get a cab less an than 5 min. As shown on the phone and text the no. Of the driver and rego. Make it safe . Driver was polite so that was a pleased trip overall. Thanks

Maybe not as pretty as other apps in the market but quite effective. Most important thing I got a cab at my door in less than 5 minutes.

Why have us input a destination when every time I enter the cab the driver has no idea where I'm heading

I love the app design, it is much easier on the eye - and the cab location on the map was accurate - almost real time to my door!

First time I used it two days ago - was excellent. Yesterday couldn't even find the Royal Adelaide Hospital address. Today I've received three text messages to say a driver is on the way although I've not booked anything.

The app told me my taxi was four minutes away for ten straight minutes before i gave up and caught a train.

App gave wrong address and unable to send GPS loc to driver

Looks good but it doesn't work on Samsung galaxy S6. Can't book a taxi, and get errors all the way.

Doesn't accept new gTLD domains. Catch up with current century!

Chooses long waiting times and doesn't update taxi location no wonder people Uber

Awful. Location services don't work. Can't set work address correctly even though it autocomplete's address, once chosen it sets the wrong one. FFS. Asks 'do you want to play a game?' BEFORE confirming a taxi has been booked - WHY would I want to be distracted from completing the ONE thing I came to the app to do? And to top it off it pre-fills in 5 stars for every trip. Way to go, trying to make yourselves feel better by not getting accurate feedback.

Crap. Your cab came picked up another passenger and left. Cant cancel booking on app. I just got on a random cab instead.

Forced to change to this from mtaxi. Tells me at 11:30pm at night that no taxis service my area (in Sydney?!) when trying to book a taxi for 6am tomorrow! Thanks for nothing.

This is an amazing app that helps the customer to make hassle free and quick booking. Loved the simple design to do quick booking...Great work guys..

Great new app. Driver was on time and clean.

This app used to be great, used it all the time. Now I have to go through the website to book. I should not be forced to put in my location or anything else just to get into the app to be able to use it. Hate this app. Please change it to make it a user friendly app for your customers. It was much much better before.

What a hopelessly useless app. So easy to book and track a pizza but try and book a cab and it wants u to play a game. No wonder uber is doing so well. Never again.

Saves you the hassle and the long queue on the phone. Quick pre-book or instant hire.

Always just tells me to call the phone number...

Buggy as hell, used to work ok, now half the time I don't even know if I have a cab ordered.

Not sure why all the negative reviews but for me it works flawlessly on s7 edge. Reliable booking system, never had an issue

App used to be pretty average but 13CABS has put a lot of work into making it more user friendly. Also makes me feel more secure in using taxis.

Glad they have reinstated the option for a precise time for a future booking

App UI can be improved. Otherwise great app and service.

This app used to be great but I haven't used it in a while. Today when using I had no idea if my booking went through or not. I got no indication, no cab location feature available, nothing. Very poor experience. *edit* tried using it again and I swear it's even worse. Please change it back to how it was. Whoever is coding for this thing lately is terrible.

Wat a joke, can't even cancel my booking. And when you cancel it, they still ask you, are you sure? Of course in sure! Then? Updating? Then jump back to the waiting image again, wtf!? So technically once they use them, there is no way to stop....wat a joke.

It is so obvious UBER is trying to destroy it by paying people to rate it badly. Once UBER will have the monopoly, watch surge pricing every day. Their GPS mapping is always exaggerated so as to increase the money earned. Their drivers are inexperienced, their commission on each trip has gone up from 20 to 25%. They are a rip- off and a sweatshop. Where is the security camera in the car? Uber is not australian. Do not use Uber, it sells all your information to other providers. 13cabs works fine!

Since the latest update I've had nothing but troubles trying to use it and have resorted back to calling for a cab because this app is now useless. It used to be amazing, so easy to book and track cabs, I'll now be uninstalling and doing my taxi booking the old school way

I just want to book a cab, after I did , it jump up a ad to ask me join a game?I try to cancel it but it also cancel my booking. What a crap！And, you can't book two cabs in same time, ridiculous, I can't book for my friend? Worse than before

Literally useless. "can't connect", then I get a notification saying I have a cab and to track it through the app, but I can't see ANYWHERE IN THE APP that I have a cab. Do I have one or not? Thought I would give you a chance over Uber, but I got a much more expensive ride and a confusing experience. Thanks a lot.
