Real Estate Report

Real Estate Report is an application that allow you (private or professional) to realize the real state of the real estate of your goods in hiring.

You rent a house or several houses, an apartment or apartments, you can easily and quickly create and edit a real estate inventory with the application Real Estate Report.

You carry out inventories on behalf of various owners, you can manage in Real Estate Report the list of owners. For each, you can assign one or more assets.

The application Real Estate Report allows you to register in your smartphone or tablet the list of goods that you rent (house, flat, ...). You will then be able to list all the rooms of each registered house or apartment.

If you rent in furnished you can finally memorize, for each room, the list of furniture included in your rental property.

Once this part of the parameters has been completed you can start the creation of a real estate inventory. For example, you can enter the date of entry into the house or apartment, define the list of tenants, provide information on the condition of each room, every piece of furniture, whether furnished Leave comments on rooms and furniture.

The landlord and the tenant (s) sign the property inventory directly on the smartphone or tablet. The real estate report is then sent by email to the owner and to each tenant. Each person can then print it or simply keep it on his computer, smartphone or tablet.

When your tenants leave the rental of the house or the apartment you will be able to enter the real estate inventory of exit. The information entered during the inventory of the places of entry is automatically resumed, you will only have to make changes if the condition of the property (rooms, furniture, ...) has changed.
