The system of discounts is a trap, I asked the driver for the discount of 20% he said he can't give a discount coz he s self employed, I did not have the time to argue so I paid n left, disappointed

The driver was on time, friendly, well spoken and polite which is hard to find in Southampton. Definitely far better than other local taxi ranks like Radio Taxis. The app was on point and worked perfectly. I'm always going to use Cab My Ride from now on.

We used this cab company all weekend for my son's wedding and they went above and beyond for us. So the next time we are in Southampton we will be using them again

I ordered a taxi for 22:25 so we could make it to the club on time for free entry. It finally arrived at 22:40. We just made it with a minute to spare. There was no explanation as to why he was late and no apology. It was the first time I used the app and probably won't use it again
