Home address always show the wrong address. I can't change it. It does allow me to enter my prescriptions and if anybody is smart enough they can read my profile.

I basically have the same problem as Bob Halliwell as well.

I recently had to call 911. The operator could see my info instantly. He stated how helpful this was considering how many meds i was on, and what i was allergic to. Thank you for taking alot of anxiety out of a bad situation.

It appears to be something for me. I haven't had time to try it out.

Write up states you can enter multiple family members. Can only enter 1. Have to buy Pro to enter more. False advertising if you ask me. Also, main screen stays on. Possibility of sending false 911.

It's a good idea but still don't know if the 911 centers will find you in a event of a emergency

Needs to be active from lock screen though. 1 button to call for help is handy, only if on and open though.

Unable to fix location, even with Wi-Fi. Location is way way way way way off. Even in home mode wrong address and location shows no matter how many times you manually edit. Definitely not even close to any place nearby. Also, you are supposed to somehow know the carrier of your contracts.

App and more like it will be of benefit when uniform access across country is in place. Less the 20 centers across country can handle txt/SMS...change is coming but don't rely on it just yet. Call 911 when needed!!

When the world we live is horrible we need one like this badly. I ride the bus train daily and stupid people on drugs comes out with horrible behavior to mess up some one day early morning. I will be using it when I want and I think need thank you once again.

Read reviews. Purchased pro. Could not get it to work at all. It asked me to set up my home location on the map. I did that and hit next to fill in my address. All I got were empty boxes. Trying to type gave me only underscore. Tried to go to home screen. Nothing worked. Help

Messages won't go through with T mobile. Tried multiple times. Not reliable.

I sure hope I never need to use this app but it is great knowing that it's there if I need it. Worked great on the test send.

it's very helpful and excellent app.. capturing accurate location and sending that to emergency numbers which you've added in the app.
