Cabify - Enjoy the ride

Great app, but since last Android security update it keeps showing a message to enable Google location services (which is already enabled) and I cannot use the app because a new message shows up every time. I have some screenshots with the issue, can't post here tho :/

Got two drivers in Mexico City who never arrived, yet I got charged for both booked rides. In Barcelona, I ordered a cab which came promptly, but the driver got lost along the way and made me re-book the journey to get me home. I had to pay TWICE. Really bad service.

This app is the worst. I tried several times to request a cabify and I kept being cancelled by the driver, therefore I got charged several times because of that and I tried solving the problem with one of their representatives but they were not helpful. They won't refund my money.

This app is the worst for share rides, the drivers never show up, and when they cancel you're charged a cancelation fee, and if you try to contact "support" their respond after ages, and with very unhelpful responses

Gosto bastante do serviço e dos motoristas quando dá tudo certo. Porém se tem algum problema, cobrança indevida, motorista que faz corrida fantasma sem pegar o passageiro, o usuário fica sem respaldo nenhum da empresa. Não há serviço ao consumidor que mm efetivamente. É uma pena, porque tinha muito para dar certo.

I requested a ride, the driver stopped 200 meters away from the meeting, I waited for a while, tried to call but the driver was not answering the phone, I decided to walk to him, when i finally got there he refused to take me saying that he received another request in Uber that he was going to attend!!! I left there late night on the streets of Rio de Janeiro. Then I relised that Cabfy even charged me 7 reais!!!

Every time I try to use the service the drivers cancels my journey. I have really tried to use this beside Uber but you don't seem to care about user experience.

Me descontaron a pesar de que yo cancelé el viaje. Estoy muy disconforme. En los términos y condiciones dice claramente que si cancelo no pagaré nada y a pesar de eso me descontaron. La persona que supuestamente me iba a llevar es Carlos Maria Ramos Avila. Espero borrar este comentario si la empresa se pone en contacto conmigo ya que he intentado buscar un teléfono o email para reportar el incidente y no existe en la pagina web ni tampoco en la aplicación. No recomiendo en absoluto esta aplicación si se atribuyen el derecho de descontar dinero a sus clientes sin autorización.

It works but Waze sometimes gives useless directions to drivers, who waste time and gas using the wrong routes.

Charged my account for 5 journeys which I never took. Customer support won't answer emails about the issue. Would not feel safe giving them any financial information.

Um pesadelo para conseguir uma nota fiscal!!! Serviço de relacionamento com o cliente é horrível! Mandei uma solicitação há 2 dias e até agora nenhuma resposta! Meu conselho: se vocês (Cabify) querem competir com o Uber e com o 99, melhorem!

The service is okay, but the app leaves notifications that can't be cleared. It's been 12 hours and I still have notifications from the last two rides.

I love the Cabify services, but the APP sometimes do not work as I expected, GPS no matter where I am and I move the address is not in the right position

wonderfully easy to use in Malaga Spain. Great prompt taxi and cheaper than other services used by family at same time. App notifications need to have an easy way to clear but all else great!

Péssimo suporte. O aplicativo não possui opção para reclamações e permite cobranças indevidas, gerando uma dor de cabeça para o usuário. Se você pedir uma corrida e o motorista cancelar mesmo sem ter te buscado, você é cobrado o valor mínimo, que é por volta de 8 reais. Um roubo.

Pedi uma corrida, motorista não apareceu, é mesmo assim me cobraram pela corrida. Reclamei com a empresa, que eles não deram retorno nenhum, e continuam me cobrando a corrida.

$40 pesos por usar tu cuenta de Paypal como método de pago, y ni siquiera te lo advierten, Uber no hace eso.

Tenho dado preferência ao Cabify por várias razões. O app tem muitas promoções, o que financeiramente é uma enorme ajuda. O código para recomendar o app aos amigos é de fácil memorização, o que ajuda na hora de passar para os outros e ganhar créditos. E falando nos créditos, estes podem ser fracionados, ou seja, um crédito de 15 reais pode ser dividido em duas viagens de sete reais, por exemplo. Essa vantagem faz com que eu praticamente só ande de graça, além das outras promoções que contribuem pra isso. A assistência do app não é boa, já que mandei dois e-mails fazendo reclamações e não tive resposta. De qualquer forma, os motoristas geralmente são bons e os carros, bem supridos com balas e água. Pode demorar para o motorista chegar, mas pelo preço, compensa se você não estiver com pressa.

Instalei o app e usri pela primeira vez, meu primeiro driver nunca chegou e fui cobrada

Serviço muito bom, ótimo preço (não tem preço dinamico), o app não trava, motoristas bons e carros de qualidade. Recomendo muito em SP.

Es muy difícil que tome la dirección correcta. Tiene problemas para reconocerla.

Difficult interface

You guys really need to improve the app.. I can't see where the drivers at, one driver cancelled on me, I got charged and had to e-mail for a refund. Seriously guys (and gals) take a look at what the competition is doing and start to move quickly.
