Magic Sewa

Today I booked magic cab for karnal Haryana which comes under NCR. Within a minute i receive confirmation of booking from Magic along with cab no. DL1RT8308. After sometime the driver of above mention cab named Rajkumar Kushwaha intimated me that presently they have no service for NCR hence refuse to provide help. The executive of Magic also make call stating that they have no service for NCR. I have a call record of their conversation. Totally mismanaged, inefficient Cab service. 0 Star

Your app definitely neee a professional coder a vigilant tester and above all a UX expert. I support new ventures and functionalaties are fine in your app but it need uplift for real competition

All the cab service provider give discount on first ride. I think you have to give discount on ride... If any promotional code is ongoing please share... i cannot open this app, there are lots of problem in this app

Application needs massive improvements . Not able to book cabs in my locality , real bad interface .

App is not ready to accept the pin which we received through SMS always shows invalid pin. Worst app m deleting it.

I whole heartedly agree with some of the reviews that the app is in serious need of design and UX overall. Plus, it also seems to be pretty buggy at times. More often than not, actually. As for the service itself, I have the app installed for about 2 months, have tried to book about 10 times since then, but couldn't succeed even once. Makes me wonder exactly why I'd book a cab via them, instead of Uber or Ola.

The app is worst ever after installing it didn't open even once god knows how to use it...you guys should spent some money first on improving the app rather than spending so much on advertising
