No zone selection. Rubbish. Keep refreshing for no reason.

Booked taxi to Klia2 on 23/12/2015. Taxi was supposed to arrive at 9am. Payment already made. At 9am, the supposedly 'booked driver' called to say that he wouldn't be able to come. Ask to contact office. The call centre number is useless. After 15 mins of trying to called to get to the right person in charge for Cab2Klia, they promised to give a replacement driver. But I rejected because I already found one. They promised to do a refund and asked to provide bank account. But no refunds has been made to me.

Bad interface. Not user friendly. Please learn from popular taxi apps.

Slow! No booking confirmation and follow up too many times. Taxi driver didnt get the job details. Strongly not recommended if you are going to fly!!!

Cab2klia mmg best! Driver on time & taxi very clean & cozy. Otw to the airport was traffic jam sikit tapi dah bayar dulu upfront so no need to worry & just relax. Will use again in future :)

Can't login. Verification code keep going wrong. Whenever we try to open the app, it crashes. FIX IT, otherwise NO ONE WILL USE IT.

Downloaded and launched the app.. Stuck at splash screen... Tapping on it doesn't go anywhere.. Uninstalling now...

This kind of apps should not hv this kind of error/bug. Please fix it.

If only can rate it 0 star. Cheated rm82.00 from this app. Start booking at 12am and key in 6am but this apps suddenly change it to 12.50am. Call customer support to ask but in the end no answer. Open an app for people to book at 24hrs and no customer support for this. What a damn nonsense apps. Please stay out from this people.

Useless. Can't even get pass the verification interface. The automated verification code sent to me was invalid. When I click resend code, error.

A few RM more than normal metered taxi's or taxi via coupons, and up to RM13 more expensive than the fixed price of RM80 that some regular taxi's charge. So not as advertised. Otherwise, an OK app for pre-booking a taxi to the airports, but nothing much to make me want to use this over my regular drivers.

Installed once, features can't open. Sometimes can't open apps. Uninstalled and can't even reinstall.

Take premier taxi. Its cheaper then exacutive

First, I live in Taman Yarl but I can't find my Zone in the app. 2nd, the price is higher than expected. When they sent the email promoting the CAB2klia app, they said that from TTDI to KLIA2 (I checked in Google Maps that it is a trip of about 57 KM in 46 minutes), the fare would be RM63.50 assuming it is a Budget Taxi. When I used the app and entered my house address to KLIA2 (the distance and time is about the same at 55.3 KM in 45 minutes), I am charged a significantly higher fare of RM71.20. As a result, I didn't use the service!

presistent 'must be 4 hours ahead' message regardless of what time i specify for the taxi to come. most importantly... its expensive!! in fact its even more expansive than the official KLIA rate!!! example: KLCC->KLIA official rate = RM64.40 cab2klia = RM71.44 sunway pyramid->KLIA official rate = RM56.00 cab2klia = RM62.22

Love the features especially the fare estimation and driver's details. And most importantly it's much cheaper than the usual cab ride! Also there's an option for a family van for those travelling in a group. Love this App!

Tried this for the first time. Easy and fast to use. And thank god price is fixed! Thank you to the people behind this app
