Update: same issue on s7 edge. Truly useless app. Galaxy s5. After installing if I change the preferences to switch off timesheet approvals I can't then switch them back on. Also I can't switch on approve direct reports at all making the app useless

Doesn't even load the list of locale and language on the landing page. Does not allow to login when you provide username and password, gives a weird server related error.

What is there is good. But it would be great if there is existing / already filled history too.

As of 07/29/2014 the configuration works, but I now see a problem where the time I entered is being repleced by a random large value. For example, I'll enter 8 hours for a day, save, and the app shows I enter 1340 hours.

Using a Samsung Galaxy Prevail 2: My experience with the application on my Android phone is that it is really cumbersome. I turned to using a stylus. Even so, it took about 10 minutes to get three days logged only because I had to spread my hours across 5 tasks. Those that have, as many or more, will find the same to be true of the application. At any rate, it is what it is. I can still enter my time regardless of where I am at with my Android phone.

I locked my account trying to authenticate. Navigation is inconsistent. Simpler in some respects to use the desktop web version.

Latest update fixes offline issue but still won't connect. Utterly useless.

Connecting to our SaaS environment was pretty straightforward -- enter URL and you're ready to go. I ran into a similar issue where the screen would dim when entering the URL, but I had copied and pasted the URL from another app. I had to contact the system admin to grant me "Mobile -- Access" which was the last pre-req (I found the info on the Answer Bar). Works well on my Motorola Ultra -- entering my time in the elevator these days. There are some areas where the app could be improved (I've clicked on Submit by accident when I want to Save). The tile set up is interesting, but I am working on my Android... and not on Windows, I would also love if it had offline access as sometimes, I am in the basement working without connection.

Galaxy S4 When user password has been changed on the website and the app needs updating, due to the constant pinging of the site, it is not possible to update the password. I've ended up being locked out of my account twice

Running Samsung Galaxy S4 and cannot even get the login screen to work.

I'm using an S4. Not sure what changed but I've been able to approve and enter time the last two weekly cycles.

I keep getting a message that my credentials are invalid. They're not.

When trying to enter the server address it pop-up a transparency windows with loading circle and stating "offline". It wont let me do anything from here. Is this known? I am using Samsung S4 with 4.3 OS.

Just downloaded this app, it provides SSO functionality as well as localization... Good work CA.. SSO is available on Clarity via. 13.2.0.3 and higher versions
