This app does what it says, gets you from couch to 5k. I am a fit person, who doesn't run, but decided I wanted to start. This app has a good pace for me. It has alot of flexibility, and I enjoy using it! I bought the full version and don't notice any difference between free and full version
Simple interface and so easy to use. Really makes it easy and fun to start jogging. It cuts in seamlessly to whatever workout music you're jamming to while jogging. Highly recommended!
Crashes on my Nexus 5x. Used it on two runs. Crashed both times at the very end of workout. Disappointing.
Good app which got me motivated to exercise again however started constantly crashing after the second week. Nexus 5, Android 6.0.1.

Great app! However the distance tracker is no accurate.
When I started this I could barely run to the end of my road. By the end I was doing 5k within an hour.
Using a Samsung S7 Active and works just fine. No issues so far. Gets me off my couch and highly recommend it!!!
I paid money for this, it shouldn't be crashing all the time
This app has quit twice this week during the 30 minute session. None of my progress was stored so I could pick up from where I was. Not worth the money.
Constantly crashes. Finally got fed up and removed it from my phone.
Integration with Google Play Music would make it perfect

Graduated today and finished the 8-week program, I'm delighted! Overall really good. I just wish there was a stat viewer or graph that shows your progress, like calories burnt over time, distance run, etc so please make stats visible at a glance and that's 5 stars :-) Also, the integration with Google Fit is poor.
The programme is great, I'm really enjoying it, the app can be frustrating closing, I'm testing the new lock function... Otherwise I'll new to get pockets. I'd like the option of getting mid run/walk reminders, so I dont have to look at my phone to check if I've missed a prompt.
I'm 315lbs with EIB, getting ready for a 5k in 6 weeks. Just finished W3D3, and I'm impressed by the progress I've made using this app. Small but significant leaps in progress with each run. I still hate running, but I feel less and less like I'm going to die. Take the chance and start your journey now!
Works, I was extremely unfit and I cannot believe that 7 weeks ago I was finding it difficult to run for 3 minutes. Do this, do it for you. So good for your head and heart.
Really good, I lost 2.5 stone using this prior to getting pregnant, and have restarted with an aim to get my baby weight off. Only thing I feel would improve is a route map, distance, calories etc.
Really good resource for getting back into running. Like that you can use it easily with Spotify and it doesn't absolutely need location services to function.
I'm severely out of shape, and even this program I can stick with. Seeing improvements within 2 weeks.
No issues, music on phone or stream, like the free version but loves the paid version more!
I started this program as a guy who couldn't run for 60 seconds straight. 8 weeks later and 30 minutes running is nothing. Looking forward to progressing to the 10k. Love this app!
I bought the app and it still has ads. what a joke. going back to the other app thats FREE without ads.

I just finished week 1 and so far so good. It's taking me at a pace I can do.
So far, so good. Very helpful. I wish I could figure out how to integrate with Google fit.
Music and integration is a con to get you to subscribe to other services

First = hell, but after that it is easier. Program slowly works me to 5k
It is exactly what you would expect. It progresses you from the couch to running, approximately, a 5k.
