La aplicación es compatible para dispositivos móviles con sistema operativo IOS y para sistemas operativos Android.

Turismo Bilbao dispone de un sistema de geolocalización, tanto para los puntos de interés como para geoposicionar el dispositivo móvil desde el que se ejecuta la aplicación, y así poder indicar la posición exacta del usuario y la posición de los puntos de interés respecto a su ubicación.

También integra un visor de realidad aumentada, con el que podrás visualizar los diferentes puntos de interés que se encuentran a tu alrededor, directamente sobre la imagen real a la que se está orientando la cámara de tu smartphone. Se trata de marcadores digitales que aparecen sobre la realidad utilizando la pantalla del móvil. Tourism Bilbao has a geolocation system for both attractions to geoposicionar mobile device from which you run the application, so you can specify the user's exact position and the position of the points of interest regarding your location .

It also integrates augmented reality viewer, with which you can view the different points of interest that are around you, directly on the actual image to which the camera is focusing your smartphone. This is digital markers that appear on reality using mobile screen.
