They didn't have the screw they claimed to have and shoved this piece of metal into my watch....WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME!!!! And they messed up the outside area of the watch where the screw should've been. So I asked, "don't you know that's an expensive watch?" He replied, "we get all kinds of watches here from rolexes to the cheaper kinds." And again, I asked, "would you do that to a rolex?" He said, "yeah." That's when I knew that these people and place should be avoided.

FYI: warranty info doesn't show up unless store owner inputs your watch information into his system at the store. Wish the app had ability to retrieve and print coupons.
