My Med APP est une application qui s’adresse aux Médecins généralistes, aux spécialistes et aux professionnels de la santé. Le Médecin qui souscrit un abonnement à accès à une application personnalisée et nominative qui est distribuée sur l’App Store (Apple) et sur Google play (Android). My Med APP offre des prestations non négligeables aux Patients du Médecin.

Visioconférence HD est présente dans l’application avec le contrôle depuis le back-office. Le Médecin peut, grâce à ce système, faire de la télémédecine avec n’importe quel support ! Pour ce faire, Il suffit simplement de se connecter au back-office de My Med APP et la liste des Patients dans la salle d’attente apparait. Après avoir cliqué sur “commercer la session”, la session de Visio commence avec le Patient pour une durée illimitée !

Backup médical est compris dans l’offre My Med APP si le médecin le souhaite. Grâce au partenariat avec la société SwissMedCall, My Med APP offre un backup médical aux Patients du médecin. En dehors des horaires, les Patients peuvent commencer une discussion avec un Médecin de SwissMedCall et si le Médecin juge obligatoire, ils peuvent commencer une session de visioconférence. Ce backup médical offre une grande plus-value au Médecin, mais aussi aux Patients de celui-ci.

Plusieurs outils sont mis à la disposition du Patient comme la possibilité de venir saisir les personnes à contacter en cas d’urgence, mais aussi la possibilité de noter des symptômes ou des notes/recommandations du Médecin. (Nom des médicaments, …)

medical Backup is included in the offer My Med APP if the doctor wants. Through the partnership with the company SwissMedCall, My Med APP provides medical backup to the doctor's patients. Out of hours, the patients can start a discussion with a doctor SwissMedCall and if the mandatory judge Doctor, they can start a videoconference session.
