Recording an expense takes just about 3 seconds, so you can whip out your phone while the cashier rings you up, type in the total, and forget about it forever. The home screen keeps you up to date with how much money you have left to spend along with a progress bar to provide a visualization of the percent left.
Tip: Don't include fixed costs like rent, insurance, and utilities in your budget. Starting the month with 40% of your budget already gone doesn't make anyone happy. Subtract all those costs from your real budget and then use that new number as a starting point in this app.

Hi Team! Great app! Love how simple it is, but can we possibly add a simple feature where we can mark/tick it as "paid" ? It'll be so helpful to keep track of other expenses.

C'mon, No way to exit the app and not really free. You have 60 days to use it. Don't jerk people around. Be upfront with your charges and that you intend to charge people for your product. Also don't trap them in your app with no exit /close button.

I thought it was exactly what I needed but I can't change the date of the budget, but I worked around it by just working month to month, but once the month changed it replaced the surplus from the previous month with the budget. No working around that. Shame as it could be perfect.

Good app works and it really is simple. I suggest you move the buttons down further on the screen for faster and easier access and make it more clear what you get from buying the app. Get rid of the buy it now it's too big! more options would be nice too for example being about to set up notifications.

Good idea and exactly what I wanted, but it doesn't do decimal points. It rounds up to the nearest pound when you go back to the total.

Downloaded a few money apps. Found said money apps to be bloated/inconvenient/plain confusing. Deleted said money apps. Searched "simple budget app". An app called Simple Budget pops up. Literally everything I was looking for. Thanks!
