It's ok, takes an age to load

Now the Notifications doesn't stay OFF when you select it to!! Keeps switching back ON again once you leave Settings. Very irritating for those who Don't want to get Notifications! Please fix ASAP, thank you.

Subscribers should not have to have ads appearing

Keeps crashing.

It is very useful.

It often crashes (almost every day), and it is slow especially due to the need to always retrieve the latest Ads to display before allowing the user to start reading on the news. Bad design as well. The animated ads in the paper sucks. It hangs and crash the app. Please if you implement something ensure you have the skills to do it!!

The app keeps hanging and pages takes very long to load compared to other news Apps... hangs everytime when it trys to load advertisement. Think developers should recode the whole app to make it load faster. FYI - i'm using a paid user of this app. Definitely wont be recontracting my subscription.

Slow page loading, especially with images. Very likely... the culprits for slow sites with large volume of unoptimized images, Inefficient or bulky code, poor servers performance does create major roadblocks, including too many advertisements, definitely turn-off potential subscribers away .

The PDF ePaper is broken. Whenever I use it, it has a mind of its own and goes back to the first page of the paper, or navigates to a random page at random without my inputs. The app developers clearly have some way to go in fixing the various other issues that users have highlighted in the reviews section. As a paid user, this is highly disappointing.

Keep clashing on my Huawei P10+. Straits Times need to work hard on the compatibility of app. Very disappointed as I am paying for the online subscription.

Any links that are clicked on shows the loaded articles but a white screen pops out and hangs and goes back to main screen. Not a single article can be read! Thank you for fixing this.

Does not work without internet connection even though I have downloaded the pdf ePaper earlier. It only shows a blank page. Useless app without internet connection.

E-paper keeps crashing! Fixed it quick. It's a paid service, not free!

Just very very bad experience, app hangs forever, SPH U could have done better...

The 6 Nov 2017 release keeps crashing on the opening page. I can't imagine if I had paid extra for the digital subscription.

Well some of it can be read offline but videos have to be watched online and new content will only upload online

Keep getting logged off the account and it doesn't allows me to login immediately. There are times when I clicked on login, it leads me to the "redeem" page instead of login page ???? Adding on to my above comments on 13 Sep. After I've reset the password on advise from the e-chat help, i can't even login now. And, they are not replying to my queries. Feels like money is wasted on something I can't even use. Goodness!

After updating the app on 6/10/2017, my Note3 restarted by itself. That's not a very good sign. How come Hong Kong's South China Morning Post app does not have such technical problems, and they're a free online newspaper. Neither does CNA, also free.

I wanted a digital subscription because I do not wish to accumulate paper waste. But this app has never been stable nor user friendly for many years. Could ST please produce a better product?

The app is very unstable since the last update. Crashes on opening the app. Reinstalling only temporarily solves the problem.

doesn't even work! I've login and said wrong info.i even reset password n create new one also cant login, said wrong. wth! juz close the apps luhx, nowonder only have 2.6 rating.

I always get logged out from the app and couldn't log in with the same password immediately aftet I'm logged out. Even after changing my password, I couldn't log in. This is very frustrating. Also, there are tines when I clicked log in, the redeem page appears.

Notification turned off on this app settings but still I'm getting spam in my galaxy S7 with need notifications. Complete rubbish!

The subscription is too expensive. Please fix the app and ensure it is reasonable priced.

I set the notification button as "off" but I still keep getting notifications. Have no choice but to uninstall.
