Cant check linkpoints transaction details. Went to members website to check but it bring me to plus website where iam required to create a new account. 1 ntuc service but need 2 accounts to check linkpoints transaction details? Web portals are for convenience, not to be a chore. Members got to remember 2 login id and password for the same service? What a way to piss off your members.

I am an senior member of NTUC via trade congress union, BATU. I am 58 years old this year. I do not know what happen to this APP. My son has use this APP before and he could check his linkpoint total last time but now we can not check the point suddenly. I do not have enough education and technology experience so do not bully me.

After last update, application keep shutting down even when not in use. Uninstalling till it's rectified. Please fix. Thank you.

For login, should provide sample nric eg. S1234567A. Else dont know need to insert alphabet or not. App developer should be changed. Not enough user testing to make it friendly. Also cannot check link points. Hv u asked what is the primary purpose of this app and has it met the purpose? If not, team that develope it has to be changed. Don't develope and waste money on a useless app. Ntuc is non profit org, so more scrutiny is needed to ensure no waste.
