IT WORKS (surprisingly) i have tried out 4 apps but this one actually works for the back and the front flash and stays on even when i exit the app.

Scam. Went straight to google lead services for an add i had to back out of. As i departed the page my facebook homepage flashed up. I think this app is info scam.
