Camera Remote

Instruction unclear. Can't connect. ...... Ok got it connected but still 1 star as it only takes 1 or 2 photos, after that it shows the notification but nothing is saved

Works fine and easy to understand but quality of my camera goes lower. Even if I set it up on the app, hate the quality

This app is a crap! It's not working. How long should i figure it out before i could use this app.

Every screen is an ad, took me 3 minutes to figure out it sucks. Good concept, poor execution.

Difficult to use if you're not an advanced user. I'm really happy to find this app. It only lacks a VR mode to be perfect. I'm pretty sure that the programming of this kind of apps is pretty tough. Good work.

It works great with a Nexus 7 pad and Nexus 5 phone using Camera Remote WiFi Direct Mode. The app delivers a lot of function though you will need to read documentation on the website and devote time for experimentation to make things work. As some have complained, the UI does seem unintuitive at first due in large part to the number of choices the user needs to get right in connecting devices, after connecting the UI works well. Keep up the good work.

I use this app for backup camera. I have an old phone which I just use for the camera. I use another phone to view the video. It would be nice if I could remotely turn the old phone on and off with the same app.

Don't waste your time.. Horrible UI; painful connection process. Preview messes up when recording video.

It took awhile, but was able to connect LG phone to LG tablet using Bluetooth. However, I was hoping for distant selfie preview (a true mirror image). This remote corrects the right to left realtime preview of selfie camera which is what I didn't want it to do. Why? For example, in family picture it looks like everyone needs to move left, but when you do, you are even further to the right.

One, my bluetooth remote doesnt do anything to this camera app but raise the volume on my phone. However my remote works with the built in camera. Two, the user interface is horrible. Three, its loaded with ads. Dont waste your time with it

Couldn;t get it to work over wifi or Bluetooth. Got fed up with an advertisiment on every click you do in the application. My adivce : look for another app!

I just installed this on two Android phones. After an hour or so of confusion, got it to work. Now I can use bluetooth to stream video from one phone to the other in real time. Using two phones like this I have a backup camera, baby monitor, etc even when I don't have cell service or wifi. Exactly what I needed. Wish there was more documentation.

I normally would not give five stars to an app that didn't work perfectly but I tried several others and they were terrible compared to this none. Bug, at times is I don't get to see what the camera sees. BLU STUDIO ONE plus was camera, Alcatel pop used as remote

This is exactly what I was looking for and tests perfect on my Nexus 6P through wifi and bluetooth. I have a stop animation project using my phone and I needed a way to snap the photo without touching my phone and that controls the back camera. Most apps and hardware devices seem to only care about the selfie cam... Great work! I would suggest one thing I noticed. It would be great to save the connected bluetooth device or wifi connection. At the moment I have to pair each time I launch the PC app.

This works great. I had no problems connecting the two phones via bluetooth to set it up. Good picture. I just would like to purchase the app to eliminate the ads. For those needing further instructions on set up, etc. I found information at their web page.

When using the camera controls on the watch it says "Success" but the settings never change. TOO MANY ADS.

This app works perfectly between my S5 active and my lg tablet. I had a lot of trouble getting wifi direct to work. For some reason after you initiate connection, then go to the camera screens, you have to go to the settings and connect again. I cant seem to find the bluetooth function.

Lack of guide and tutorial.

Nice idea but over both Bluetooth and Wifi the app repeatedly lost connection. I also couldn't figure out where recorded videos are stored.

Best remote cam

Works well w/ minor problems reported to the devs. Very responsive, 5 stars. But, seriously, a full page ad at every screen switch? Once at start and once at close is enough! On some phones the app may not be able to prevent your screen from sleeping in camera mode. If so, the app may hang if the screen falls asleep. I'm currently using the "Stay Alive!!" app as a work around. There also seems to be a conflict when choosing a photo size larger than the video resolution. For some reason, the large photo size selection is messing up the aspect ration of the recorded video at 1080p. Stretching it out horizontally. I changed my photo size to 1280x720 and the recorded 1080p video looks correct. Would also be nice for the remote preview size setting to not affect the local camera view. I like the low resolution for preview only, but then the local camera becomes low res also. At least the resulting video is still correctly high resolution. As for the remote preview size, I like to see option for a 16:9 aspect ration in the 144p range. That preview size seems to have the best video preview speed, but a consistent aspect ratio with the 1080p video would be great to see.
