I book bus from Pudu to Penang with bus name ALISAN GOLDEN COACH. But when I arrived at counter, they said bus already fully booked and my ticket is for additional bus services. Counter person said that bus will depart on time but actually bus doest come yet. We wait there about 2 hours. Even after that we need to walk out from Pudu building to ride a bus across the busy road bcoz the bus doest hv permits to enter Pudu Building. Highly not recommended. Bus not comfortable.

I want to book ticket from manjung to alor setar. At the website, it is available so i installed this to book easier. But when i check the arrive to location, there's no alor setar in option. Why there is different between website and app? Reading all the unsatisfied comments make me afraid to use this app. Untrusted. Not reliable

Stupid app.. when i search for a tickets... its never show any itineraries and nothing is shown.. used to like but now hate it so much.. uninstalled..

Please quick update system for item discount code and proceed to payment because cannot used.. thanks

I usually use this apps to book train ticket, from kuala Lumpur to ipoh, the apps is easy to use and instant confirmation for my booking.

Selepas beli tiket secara online,tapi ticket xdapat pun... payment dah submit and successful pun.... dah call bNyak kali tak angkat pun...

Booked for 11am and the confirmation came out for 2pm, the customer service didn't want to take any action to help.

made payment but did'nt received any email ! Made me unable to change the ticket and get in the bus ! CALLED A LOT TIMES BUT NO ONE ANSWER ! WASTED MY MONEY ! PLEASE TAKR SERIOUS ACTION WITH THIS PROBLEM !!

I am satisfied with their apps and after sales service. They helped me to resolve unchanged booking request in prompt and proper manner

It's just the website. So just use the website. Your browser often already has credit card info and such

Always a bug, not able to purchase tickets. When I've entered payment details, it doesn't go through and doesn't say whether it failed or gone through.

Why can't print more than one ticket??? The system only open the same first ticket you open even after you click the others link. Please check this error.
