Bulk SMS Mass Text Marketing

Great product

Im the last to ever write a negative review but this app certainly deserves it (don't think I actually ever have). Just trying to prevent others from going through what I went through. HORRIBLE customer service. Two month in a row I've been charged. Total of $40. Not only does the service NOT work anymore, customer service just doesn't respond at all anymore. I use to love this app. And Ive been desperately trying to make it work for me to no avail. Willing to spend a few hundred bucks per month with them and they simply do not care. When they were answering They kept promising new updates and none of the updates fixed the problem. But they sure don't mind charging your credit card. On top of all that, the credits that I've paid for don't even show up in the app. I'd be willing to give them another chance if they simply respond and fix the app. If not, this should come off the play store immediately.

Hopeless.I have been with you guys since 2 or 3 years and send about 9000 messages every month. I have been asking for help but received nothing. Get charged automatcally yet cant send messages. What a shame. No one calls to follow up.

I have a tab 4. I can read sms and reply to sms yet It says it can send when doing a campaign. Pls help me

It offers most features which I was looking for, Chrome extension would help, a lot.

Works well. still has room for improvement. But there's no better bulk send or autosms responder out there. I've tried them all.

Very disappointed

1) I got app and paid for credits for a virtual number but no response was received. Don't get app!!! 2) Techs responded but thats it, just responded with no solution. Don't get app!!!

I loved this app but it's not working and instead of helping or fixing it the guys at biztexter just want to sell you a more expensive product - their cloud version. I've been messaging them for weeks now and no help. It's disgraceful!!

Have had the service for 3 months now and in the beginning, it worked well. Just as others have commented, Biz texter sales have consistently sent me promos to "Upgrade" to a higher volume plan. I did "upgrade". Now the service generates a message that I have used up all my alloted text and will not operate unless I buy another upgrade. My monthly plan payment was charged on the 22nd and my new monthly plan starts monthly on the 23rd. It is now the 25th and the service is still not working. I have phoned and texted customer service with no replies. I will be seeking out another company to do my mass/bulk business texting!

Good for mobile optin lists

This is a nice app! Easy to use! Would be a 5 but it is sensitive. I get a text about a meeting cancellation and they app removes the sender from my list. I am unable to add contacts form other ways members can opt-in manually.

Customer service is horrendous. The rep argued with me about understanding a queue and I had no follow-up on my open issue for 5 days. Rude on phone. Leaving voicemail option with IT was not possible on automated service, and when I mentioned this to the customer support rep, she stated it wasn't her department so it's not her problem...I paused and after awkward silence mentioned it might be helpful if she communicated this to the department so it could help the customer experience, and this was also met with resistance. F.

This app does exactly what's its intended to perfectly! If you aren't using this app as part of your customer engagement strategy your missing a major component. Great Job BizTexter!

This company sent me spam text in the middle of the night last night. I have never done business with or used their app in the past. I have zero tolerance for spam and will never do business with this company. UPDATE: Day later and still getting spammed overnight.

I do know What It do. I need this type of software for marketing purpose. I have sent msg through it for testing in my other sell phones. But No msg found there.. HELP us Sections are not working properly. Send Msg but it seems failed.. Any one there for help???

Can't send messages, not effective

Its better to create a great product and then help users take advantage of this software full capabilities. The cloud way too go once your over 2000 a batch

What is the pricing for 1 message to 25000 people

I used for years. Worked extremely well! They recently had support issues. Those have been completely resolved! Now extremely pleased with support. I will continue to use this app!

When this app works it does exactly what I need it to but it just started counting my incoming text as credits which increased my credits from under 4k needed to now I need the 12k subscription and I've been calling their number for help for a week now and can not reach anyone! I've temporarily paid for the 12k subscription so I can continue to send messages to my groups, but im looking to find a better app to use and I suggest you do the same

This app does what it's supposed to...when I choose to use it. What's really frustrating is that it randomly interjects itself in normal conversations for no reason. No "keywords" used and it sends a stupid message. For the folks that made this app....this can't be your best effort. Take it down...rework the damn thing and relaunch it. Until then nobody should use this!

I've got thousands of contacts. The app will only imports 375. Want a refund today. This is worthless.

I already tried your app and it working great, just what i need in sms marketing, ist possible i use the apps without worrying to buy rollover credits? i'm prefer to use my own mobile number since i got unlimited sms plan. Maybe you can sell with one off payment instead need to buy credits everytime rollover credits is used up. I'll give 5star if you have this option.

I use this app for Army recruiting purposes. Huge time saver. It just took me 15 minutes to reach out to 169 people.

Despite Biz Texter using Zendesk they are still unable to manage customer support! Very disappointing because the app could be so good but you still need people to support. 32 messages for help one resonance saying they have restructured staff!!! That's it!!!

It mentioned in the description that its economical compared to other online sites. But its very costly. Its charging 199 $ for 25000 sms. There are many authentic online sites which sells same 25000 sms in less than 50$. Try some good authentic Indian companies. Just make sure it has PayPal account. Cuz there are fake sites all over the world.I was expecting it will really be cheap to send bulk sms. Very disappointed with this price.

I have had issues like many of you. Together with the awesome cust service I have been able to identify my issues, fix them and get back to business! Don't give up, this app is fantastic! I wouldn't use or suggest anything else!! Thanks BIZ TEXTER!! You rock!!

A joke makes you pay for virtual number. Then when you do then try to text support says you still need to purchase credits.

No Customer Service, and half the time there service is down.... I can't have my number in the radio and the server is down when people text it for additional information. DON’T Waste your money or time on this app.....
