This app crashes every time I open and read the news article.

Upgraded to the new version. The age-old font size problem remains. This is exacerbated by the choice of a very heavy font face. The boldness is hardly elegant and interferes with readability. Old : This app should rate 5 stars for its content. Arguably the best reporters, columnists and editing in the business. The improvement in presentation is welcome. However the apps inability to store preferences for font sizes lets it down. So, sadly only 3 stars for what should be 5! Nonetheless highly recommended.

The app automatically changes the screen rotation on my phone when I'm laying down even though on my actual phone settings I locked the screen orientation to portrait. That ruins the experience. Please fix the issue..

The old version was extremely slow. I uninstalled it in anticipation of the new one. The new app hangs and just randomly exits on a regular basis.

I like BDFM reporting quality and opinions. like other reviewers the ad that pops up to tell me to upgrade annoys me. But the fact that the market indicators page has been showing a message asking me to be patient while technical errors are being worked on has become boring after months of seeing it.

Updated version originally crashed shortly after startup. It appears that problem has now been addressed. App still requesting user to update to latest version, despite latest version already installed.

I could not open a single article on my Galaxy Note 5 today. The app crashes when I try to do so.

Stop advertising the update. Every article on the updated app starts with an irritating advert about the updated app - dah...?

Great content. Since I upgraded my phone to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, I can no longer open news articles. The app crashes and stops working. Please advise how to fix this problem

You have the best articles but ever since I installed Marshmallow the app crashes on start-up. Please fix soonest as this is simply the best RSA NEWS app around.

I like this app very much and it was working since about 4 months back. Now I cannot open any articles with out it crashing and going straight to report a problem. Then it never gets attended to or even a reply from the guys in charge. Very peed off.

I guess there's no news to report because I just get blank screens. Whatever news category I choose all I receive is a blank screen. Refreshing does not help.

This app has never worked 100℅ on my android 4.4 device, but I could live with it. Now you have videos as well but not one displays properly and some don't play at all.

Great news when the app works.

The auto-rotate bug was fixed finally. the app is now ok however the video section and the market indicator section don't work still. Also where can I sign into my profile on this app? I must say the app could be a bit faster and more responsive. Also pressing the back button frequently closes the entire app instead of just the article i was reading, which is frustrating. The back button back has got worse. The app gets closer to unusable everyday.

The latest version of the app just does not work on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet. It crashes immediately upon opening. I've tried all the usual tricks like uninstalling and reinstalling, but I cannot access my Business Live subscription or anything through this app. Most disappointing, especially in view of the excellent content.

The application often fails to load articles, or crashes immediately having accessed an article. These crashes have been prevalent since the application migrated from its old version earlier in 2016. Further, the application also presents less content than the earlier application, which appears to be in line with the recent decision by the financial mail to only allow registered users to read its articles. The same thing may occur here.

The app keeps on crashing when trying to open articles. It never crashed before the update.

List of Articles do not always load on startup of app. All I get is a blank white screen. Please fix. Using Samsung galaxy S4.

Love the content, as a subscriber, but I aged years before the front page loaded and even more when scrolling. Really poor execution.

No macro setting for font size..faulty links on article sharing facility...frustrating to use...I wonder if their it dept even reads feedback here...

Great content. Font size issue. Links don't work when you want to share. Slow compared to other apps. Selecting an article using S7 crashes app. Does anyone in IT look at the reviews?
