Payment fails often. Amount gets debited from account but transaction getting failed .. displaying we are experiencing some technical difficulties. Experienced more than twice like this.

Dear Sir, There is no part cancellation option. App and Web site having full cancellation options only. i have booked 4 tickets and i want cancel one ticket . How to cancel 1 ticket out of from 4 of tickets in app and website. fully 4 tickets cancel and after Re booking 3 tickets it is loss of at our side. so please consider my request and modify options of full cancellation from part cancellation. I had booked the ticket from "bus india" for Patiala to Delhi. Due to network problem, i couldn't cancel through the app. I called more than 100 times then my call connected to Bus India Customer Care. I requested to cancel the ticket. After cancellation, neither i got any SMS or email regarding cancellation.I am calling the customer care of BUS INDIA continuously to know the status for last two days. But everytime the line is busy and i am not able to talk with the Customer Care. What a poor service!!!

Refund is very slow in case of failure, even though the problem is with their side, I used paytm for payment 2 times my ticket was failed to book due to error in their system, money is not refunded after 2 days. I rated 1 star bcoz 0 option is not possible

Hello.. I booked round trip tickets from Chennai to thiruvarur. But I am able to see only my return ticket details. I could not able to see my ticket details from Chennai to tvr. Old help.

Guys what you have done...it's pathetic that every time when tried to pay .. transaction fails...better improve it or withdraw from app store

I was charged twice the amount for a one-way trip out of busindia wallet. And booking page online not encrypted at all so how one use credit/debit cards there? I don't want to pursue the matter at all. A serious lapse like this only means there is a fundamental flaw in design. I also see that nobody actually responds to these complaints, which is pathetic and unprofessional. Hell with the app, I am not going to use it!

The customer care service is very poor, the buses got cancelled from source and i complained the same to the bus india customer care but they mentioned it will be refunded after confirmation. But untill when?? I had booked many tickets via tgis app but out of which 3 buses got cancelled from the source only but my money is not refunded yet. Costing me arou 3*300=900. The bookings werw from since 2016. And the current year is 2017. There is no proper info of tbe buses also. Suddenly tge buses get cancelled and there is no info of whT happened to the buses and the money is gone .. no refund. Such a crap customer service and support. I hope busindia team will look into improvement or ??

This app is a bullshit. Plz no one don't spare mb on downloading it.Takes years to load.I had fed up with this and uninstalling it.Worst payment options

Every time it say service is not available for any booking since 20 days. Worst app.

Onward service not available for Bangalore to Coimbatore which I travel regularly.

No ticket download option in app. Take us download option in app urgently... Because many problems are created when e- ticket download

I have tried multiple times to enter the ID proof details. But the app is not having submit or save button. Has somebody else faced same problem? This is for the prtc buses.

As u know thum press (finger print) is more secure then typing security code during send/receive or any transaction. Now many people are using finger print scanner smartphone. Then why u people r nt providing.

Nice UI. Really useful. Payment Gateway is not properly integrated with the app. Please fix this issue admin.

Hi, it's taking a little longer time but it's working, I got the ticket in mail and in the app also with PNR number
