Busch Gardens Discovery Guide

I can't live without this app. I'm a passmember who lives across the street. I recently switched from a Samsung note 5 on Sprint to a Samsung s7 edge on at&t and this app will not open now. It says it has stopped every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled like 10 times and sent feedback. PLEASE HELP!!!

I like this App for the park's show times and what's going on throughout the month. But ride times shown, are sometimes off. But overall great.

Unable to login

This app is TERRIBLE! SeaWorld, get your act together and hire new, capable developers for a new app. People just want quick info and get in and out of your app quickly so they can enjoy the parks! Get rid of the fluff and make it functional!

This app is terrible & doesn't work. I bought my tickets in the app or the website, you can't tell, and it wouldn't retrieve the ticket barcode which meant I needed to stand in line anyway to get my ticket. After standing in line, the agent couldn't give me the all meals pass because it would invalidate my ticket and not allow me into the park. Who wrote this terrible piece of crap or programmed their computers? Avoid app as the map is equally worthless and doesn't help much. The park isn't great either.

Did you guys hire someone for $5 to do this app? Complete garbage. Tracking constantly gets stuck. Directions tell you to go through lion cages (like with the lions) to get to places. Constant notifications about badges but no information on what that means. Garbage. Don't waste time.

I have been going to Busch Gardens for years, I cannot seem to grasp how this app can help make the customer experience easier. It needs to be reformatted, better wait time alerts, reliability, there needs to be a GPS to the actual location of which you choose, easier user friendly options and overall redone all together.

This app has great features but falls terrible sorry of expectations. First of all, it needs an option to stay logged in as it times out causing you to start over with whatever feature you are trying to use. Second, the quick pay function needs to also display a pass holder's Barcode to allow the discount without the need to display your pass and then back out of it to then enter the quick pay while people behind you on the checkout line get frustrated. Lastly, app is very slow and needs speed and snap.

There's not much useful stuff in this. Clumsy interface and it's hard to get info on something as simple as dining locations. The car finder option was great though.

Works horribly. Ive tried 3 times to buy passes and it keeps giving me errors. Wish i would have read the reviews before i downloaded it. Guess I'm glad it didn't go through because it sounds too buggy to trust.

Absolutely LOVE Busch Gardens park, but cannot even get the app to open. Very disappointed in the app makers.

App was fine until latest android update. Now will not even launch whatsoever. Waste of time.

I have tried to log in under my account and it crashes all the time. I unnistalled, clear cache, and it doesn't work. Ahhh!! It works for car location, lol. Fix this app

Don't bother installing this app. My tickets never showed up. It constantly asks you to log in. My credit information didn't work at the registers. I emailed twice about issues. No response. Pathetic. Also not very user friendly map or attraction times. Total fail.

Attractions are not labeled on the map. You just see a mess of dots. The paper map is far better

Fails to log in my account 50 percent of the time even though the Web port works without issue. Never recognized my ticket or pass purchases so I had to fall back to printing them on paper. App is completely unclear if you are logged in or not and doesn't display historical purchases which are listed on the website. Overall it's useless as an app that is supposed to provide a paper less ticket but is too broken to do so.

This app sucks doesn't open, the times for the coasters aren't accurate, it's so slow!

App is terrible! Constant problems logging in and can not view tickets. Absolutely pointless.

Downloaded app and tried to login to account. App appears to login since it shows my name and then about 1 second later goes back to the login screen requesting my password again. Also, the Contact Us section has a phone number that is no longer used.

Missing rides that are at the park. Says rides are closed that aren't. Ride times are very wrong. That's ask assuming you can even fund those things in this train wreck. Really really bad.

Won't even load. Tried force stopping it and restarting my phone. The app still won't open. Don't waste your time.

This is one of the worst apps i have ever downloaded. Not only does it not work it keeps sending me to the wrong bush Gardens.

This app is a POS just like their website. Nothing ever works and it makes everything a pain. Might as well spend the half hour on the phone waiting for a live rep to handle anything in regards to your trip.

Every time I try to log into my account it tells me the session has expired and to log in again!

They lock wait times to gps. Also can't login.

Every time you click an option you have to sign in again. Can't enter passes via ID number. About a 1998-quality app
