Could be so much better, poor execution, tick something by mistake, tough you can't undo it. Asks you to make sure you sync 3rd party apps, you can't seemingly control when it syncs so can go for ages before uploading, very bad when it comes to challenges. It will also totally miss large amounts of data from Google's fit app, like when you've been running!

Trying to use this after health scan with BUPA. Very poorly designed app. The major issue is the complete lack of synchronisation with linked apps that have been given permission. Have been running this for a week and not one single workout has been imported. Left with having to tick "my goals" to have them checked off. Even Microsoft Health (notoriously difficult to synch with other apps) works at this level. I will leave this running for one more week but if no change then will uninstall as not any use.

Metric data only. No imperial measurements. Poor options to link to fitness trackers. Try most other health trackers from tech firms not tech apps from health firms. Weak privacy options.
