I waited and waited and only got a blank screen. Why can't you offer email also then?

Since the update i cant login or reset password. Yet it wont let me sign up under that email saying user already using that name. Great food...crappy app

It sucks now The new system is so bad that I won't be eating at Buona any more. I spend more time trying to get credit on my account that it isn't worth using online ordering anymore.

Whoever designed this "update", and whoever signed off on releasing it, is guilty of gross incompetence. I'll affirm the overwhelming negative feedback, and pray that your food safety and kitchen sanitation hasn't been so ineptly handled. Get your act together.

Tried signing up. Says there's already a user name with my phone number. I've never signed up before. So I'm done! I've never used this app before so reading all the other reviews...I'd have to say it's not me.

It doesn't work at all! Absolutely horrible and useless. I am not eating at Buona again until it is fixed since I cannot display on my phone for rewards.

The old version was much better. New version is a huge step backwards.

Poorly designed, icons and options are arranged in mumbo jumbo, the app won't allow me a registration for the free $5/100 points that you are SUPPOSED to get when you download the app. The developer needs to be slapped. Worst apl I have ever used. Already uninstalled.

After some initial glitches the latest update now seems to be working

This new APP is horrible!. They should have left it alone. Now I don't even want to go there because it's such a pain to use and I was usually there once or twice a week

New app simply never works. Doesn't contain any current info. Previous app was superior in comparison.

Had to replace my password. Doesn't show my reward points. Not happy. Nothing works. Please fix.

This latest version is a nightmare. There is clearly a programming problem, it is not functional as it currently looks.

The ID card is in zoom mode , they can't scan it , I have to give them my phone number every time , it's a real pain !!!

Newer version is bad. Scan bar doesn't fit on screen. So makes the app useless

They ruined a perfectly good app. I can't log in. They sent me a new password, still can't long in. I tried to sign up like a new customer, it said my email was already registered, but can't log in!

After this update I can no longer login and I can't reset my password says it can't find the user.

Mr. Buona please go back to the previous app settings. Sorry but this new update app is GARBAGE & lost all offers, points that I build up for rewards & this happened to all us involved in app status. Birthday reward not even found to use. I have more but will run out of space ??????. Please go back to the original format app where there wasn't any problems. Concerned Customer looking for the past/old previous app to return from the died. Thanks 4 listening to my & all complaints. Please Fix it Up!!!

The old app was OK, and did it's job well enough. The update broke it. Hard to log in, all the data appears missing, and you can't update anything. They effectively cancelled the rewards program till it's fixed.

Horrible - just black dark app - which does not work. Shows no points. Shows no levels. Shows nothing but darkness. I have wasted hours on it. Won't let me change settings. So depressing.

The new version is useless. No points shown, can't change password or other info, looks like it's an alpha version. Definitely not ready for public use. Thank God the beef sandwiches are still good.

Password and sign in problems following new app update. Once overcome, app does not display my point total and history and is essentially nonfunctional.

Ever since the last update nothing works. My card doesn't show and it won't let me refresh. Nothing works on the app.
