Typical bank behavior: 1) Change something that was truly working and unique into something that fails on many levels (design, functionality, ease of use). 2) Without asking your customers if a change was welcome. 3) Use a condescending tone of voice as if we should be grateful for your 'surprise'. Remark: Android design guidelines are meant to save customers time, don't throw away the child with the bathwater when trying to be unique, I can't find a thing anymore.

Er is geen rekening gehouden met mensen die de extra opties wel gebruiken. Handige was: het zien Inc. Saldo op de rekening waar je het geld van af boekte. Deze app is nu eigenlijk alleen maar meer tijd rovend! Ik hou de oude versie aan. Als die beëindigd wordt voor de nieuwe app het fatsoen heeft van de oude zeg ik de rekeningen op.

Nice idea but poor implementation. Verification transfer requires bank password disclosure to third party and then it fails. Video call? Same story. Uninstalled. Support staff is nice but this is not enough to operate financial institution.

Overall, the app and the bank seem great, although I'll just review the app here. It is by far the best banking app I have ever used and I have used a lot of the modern banking apps such as N26. It is really responsive and it follows material design well. My only gripes are that the six-digit code is required even if I use a fingerprint and that the bunq community page is just a website container. I was hoping it would be native. Either way, excellent app.

The concept is cool but cant create an account since hand-scanner fails. Why is this required (and not some other proven form of 2FA)

Sign up was super easy, chat support was incredibly responsive and the app is really well designed. I'm impressed so far!
