I receive an error msg 'Bullguard has stopped working' just before any sms come thru. I can no longer open the app (same msg) to remove permission to uninstall this unless broken app. Multiple reports sent but no fix. It's been months! Factory restore to remove this piece of crap. I pay for the PC version - definitely not happy!

You control your account online. You can lock your SIM to your device, locate it, remotely wipe it, backup your contacts,etc. New/Updated app installations are automatically scanned. If you have any installation problems send an email to Bullguard and they will quickly reply giving you further instructions.

Haven't even been able to access the app, as soon as I type everything in then click sign in, as soon as I deny bullguard to make calls on the phone the app crashes. Not happy considering I pay for the most expensive package from bullguard.

Ok, I've seen a few negative reviews of this product, and feel the need to restore some balance based on my experience. I bought a paid subscription to cover 3 devices. Installed it on my laptop, and straight away it found threats my previous paid for AV had missed for 3 yrs! Then installed on my Android box - which it does not count as a device apparently because it installs a free version, though no ads, bloatware or annoying pop ups with greedy messages telling me I should buy more products I don't want or need (like my last AV did!). I used the chat support to hep me install, and they were fantastic. Gotta say I absolutely cannot fault this app or the customer support, and well done Bullguard for not joining the ranks of the greedy! It's a great free app that will only encourage more people like me to buy the paid for version. Will absolutely be recommending to friends and family. It truly is the mutts nuts!
