If you are buying, first, get a BLE HRM, Google it. Second, open settings, download and read the guide. HERE is why this app gets 5 stars 1) it found my zypher BLE HRM right away. 2) It replaces three HRV programs I used, why? 3) provides visual real time HRV feedback, 4) real time HRV related data displayed, 5) record sessions and share results. 6) feedback adjustable in settings based on mood. 7) it's from the man who made my coffee BULLETPROOF! (GOOGLE IT!)
