Get Laundry - Dry Cleaning App

My location settings are enabled however this app fails to detect that, plus I'm unable to enter my home address manually without using the pin point map.

Simple and user friendly. You can pick laundries around the area or just any laundry of your choice that's listed. Pick up and delivery are punctual. More people should give it a try.

Cannot input payment method, rendering the app useless!

After the new version was downloaded it simply does not accept the address that I have always used. It says that the area is not supported and asks for my email in order to notify me when they begin to service the area... Ridiculous update... They probably did not tested it properly.

Easy to navigate and good choices of partners. I am happy I found GetLaundry.

Very bad service, very rude customer support, very irresponsible management. One, you don't the pay on delivery option, two, all the convenient times listed on the app are fully booked even if you are booking 10 years down the line as they are not bothered to work. They are expensive as compared to any other laundry service in Dubai, they've messed up several of my shirts and to top it all, they lost my wife's LV blouse and they refuse to take responsibility and dont want to compensate.

No doubt in washing and dry cleaning its good . Only customer service need to be improved. Delivery not on time.

The minimum order is 50 dirham. This is ridiculous, also the rate per service considered high compare to other laundries. Application removed!

First order experience is very bad.. Waiting since last one n half hour

My delivery is late although I had specifically wrote a note I need as early as possible. Called support she said she would call back. She didn't. Called again she said 20 min driver will arrive. Valley her after 45 min twice no answer or call back. Obviously zero training
