BuildingLink for Android
Clunky UI with even worse UX. Functionality is broken at many points.
Terrible UI. Looks like it was written back for the first version of Android. Wouldn't be that hard to update. Aren't buildings paying tons of money to use this service? Why not spend a little on app development.
Says : Error. This app is restricted to residents. I'm not resident.
Rubbish UI and sluggish performance
Poor. Use it cos I have to for doorman instructions
Very practical and user friendly. Loved the amenity reservations!!
Horrible UI, don't bother downloading, just use your browser at home. I could write a better app in a week.
When was the last time the UI on this app was updated? It looks terrible and offers little value.
The user interface if this app makes me want to vomit all over my phone! Please send your developers to Google io so they can learn how to employ proper Android UI elements.
Haven't updated this app in months because there is no reason to give it access to my texts or my phone calls. Very creeped out and unhappy with those unnecessary permissions for such a simple app.
Material UI, please grow up
Please read other comments
The basic principles of the app are decent but the user interface *really* needs an update. User experience is central to usefulness and community cohesion. Yet, hardly anyone in my bldg seems to regularly use this app. I think the issue rest squarely with the outdated design & graphics.
The user interface looks like it's from 2009 update it to material design as it'll run better and look better
Requiring Phone and SMS permissions with a change log that just says "bug fixes" is a no no. Won't be updating until this is explained.
Employees utilize your system much more often than residents do.
Very limited features compared to the website. Would like to be able to use the Bulletin board from the app and have push notifications with on/off settings for that.
It's impossible to get to the message board to respond to others via the app. Other parts are OK..but the message board is the most active portion. I like the other parts but chatting with members is the most used part and the least developed portion of the app. Very Disappointing.
When the "Front Desk Instruction" option is selected, it causes the app to stop & close...
Needs the building calendar and other features in the app
As a building manager it doesn't really give you the option to reserve or make a request for other units which defeats the purpose for management use
Works superbly! Allows me to check in on maintenance requests, read instructions, I can do it all now.
Nothing works. Nothing. What was the point of releasing this except for allowing your marketing and sales people to claim they had an Android app.
Doesn't show my existing instructions. Tried to submit a repair request but got a server error instead. Checked online - it didn't go through.
I am trying to install it on my samsung galaxy 4 and when I press the install it states to accept terms. I accept them and it never installs. Just stops at the first step of installing. Please fix this bug.
This app has never worked for me.
Emailed customer service directly and they patched the app within a day. Awesome. Works great now
Better than nothing but I have to constantly re enter my login information to refresh the data
Does not work
Still crashing after uninstall and reinstall.
thanks Best
Strictly amateur hour.
Never had a problem with this app. Minor inconvenience is that the map portion doesn't actually navigate you home. It just shows you how to get home. Navigation would be better. Still gave it five stars bc I know my address but am too lazy to put that in when I am out and about...
I love the idea of this app, but really needs work...it's buggy. Like in the date function of the PTE request you can't select June. If you move and another building uses this your old account never dies. The way the whole thing is integrated is inconsistent. But hey, better than not having an app.

Excellent ap
Tooooo bad
Latest update caused force close till I cleared app data and then logged in again. Layout could use some work.
Works fine.

First thing i did after installing was to try to set up notifications. Unfortunately there's no setting options. I'd like to be notified when I have a package and not have to pull up the app to check. Please add customizable notifications.
