Hi, I don't understand how does this pay me when other people connect? I give them the passcode and they start connecting just as easy. Where is the money? Nothing goes to my PayPal account

Do you guys plan on making this usable to unlimited 4g phones including various carriers and not just verizon and sprint? Ive tried foxfi and it doesnt work on my zte anthem 4g... ive tried pretty much every free hotspot wifi app and they either activate my hotspot feature or force closes....
