Where do I even begin? First, they need to fire the jackass who didn't have enough good sense to put ordering and rewards into the same app. I've already lost points from at least 6 receipts due to this. Second, take-out receipts that don't have the store number cause you to miss points. Strangely, I can't even find store numbers on the website. Third, the latest update won't let me submit an order. Fourth, I keep having to enter my login. Fifth, I can't add dressing and dip to and order after it's in the cart, only while choosing the food. They should just scrap it and start over, and give us all bonus points for our grief.
Auto changed pickup time to sooner .i specificly chose cause I'm at work. Now I can't have the Thursday special cause the option isn't there anymore
Agonizingly Slow. And where do you find the traditional wings? Not combined with other items you can't delete. This app is a potato.
Could never get order to go through. Would not read cart. Kept crashing.
Would not let me submit my order. I'm having the same problem as everyone else.
Worked fine. Use to have more options on wings, extra crispy etc. Have to type it in.
App works great, but ordering and rewards should be on one app.

**months later, same problem. Lost another order tonight to White castle, BWW***Tired of this app's errors when trying to pay. Just tried placing an order 5 times, kept getting stuck at Error Getting Tax and Total... Same thing on android and an iphone, two cell networks. This is the [multiple] time I've had problems with your app.. Btw writing this review while at a less frustrating white castle drive thru...
Can't log in, can't reset password. Whoever thought this up is an idiot. Seriously password reset isn't hard and you failed to even accomplish that. Since I can't use it it's worthless. Fire everyone related to this app and subcontract it out to the worst offshore developer you can imagine and it will be far better than it is now. This shouldn't even be an app. A webpage would do all the same stuff, have taken an hour and actually work.
The app does not work properly. Several times it has placed duplicate orders, crashed, and today it won't even let me place an order. The user interface experience is not the best either. I dislike that the phone number of the restaurant that I'm trying to order at is not shown at the locations menu. This app is a waste of time when ordering online would be easier.
Terribly behind the times app! Let's you create a massive order but then when you go to enter a credit card to pay...guess what...YOU CAN'T! You have to go to their website to add a payment method. Frustrating add that was...I did it...but guess what...you can't add a credit card till you make an order! So I had to reenter my while order on the computer but the card is now saved for next time...based on this experience, there won't be a next time. I'm sure they'll claim that this is for my protection or some BS like that but it's really nothing more than BWW not keeping up with basically every other restaurant out there...
Add a password confirmation line to your app. It screwed me over terribly. Probably turned me off from ever ordering from this garbage app ever again. There are hundreds of apps that screwed up before you, get it right the first time!
This suck ass app is trying to make me sign up for some crap. You guys literally won't take my money because I don't have an account. Take my money, give me the damn wings and leave the stupid account out of this.
Can't login. And won't give but one way to recover password. I know my favorite color and have listed pretty much every color there is. If you can't answer the question send a damn email.
I have downloaded this app several time over the years thinking that maybe they've updated and made it better, they haven't it still sucks. I've never actually ordered food off of it. Every time I go to use it, I wind up getting frustrated and end up just calling.
BDubs 1: We hate our customers what can we do to drive them away? BDubs 2: Lets fill every seat in our restaurant then beat up and drag people out to make room for our employees who want to eat there while on break. BDubs 1: No, no, that's been done already. BDubs 2: Then let's create an app that looks pretty and promises easy ordering, but then it'll be so buggy it takes an hour to select a location and order. Then We'll make them sign up for our magic password losing system which won't work the first 7 times they try! We'll add a loading bar that makes them think the app is doing something and sprinkle in some generic excuses for why it didn't work. BDubs 1: Oh it's brilliant! It'll waste their time AND they won't get our precious wings! No one will ever want to eat here again!
If you don't remember the answer to the security question, you're out of luck. This app should just send an email if we don't remember our password instead of us getting locked out.
Frequently fails to do what it's supposed to do. I can make an order but it's a toss up whether it'll let me send or the location will receive the order.
This app sucks. I created an account, selected my location, and then the ordering screen just sat there scrolling the loading bar over and over. Recommend avoiding this one.
3/15/17So I can't order the boneless Thursday wings on the app anymore? Well then here's one star for ya. 5/31/17 now I can't order the blitz bonless wings? Man you guys can't get it together
Garbage... If it ever allowed me to log in, I would be able to fairly rate it. As it is, it won't accept my password OR let me update it. Garbage.
This app overall does exactly what it's supposed to do. There's minor hiccups here and there, but for the most part it's been good for me.
Great app, minor issues, but overall, makes the experience that much easier. Only issue I noticed was one time, it sent my order twice and charged me twice, but that's no big deal. Other than that, it's great.
There is maybe a 50% chance that the app will actually complete my order. The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. In short this app is not ready for prime time.
The app has gotten better with each release up until the latest. You removed the options for all Flats or all Drummies and extra sauce from the customize area. Please bring those options back!
Used to work fine, now it just tells me that the minimum number of modifiers has not been reached no matter what I try to order.
Unusable on Android 7.1 on Google Pixel. No menu available. App also crashes when trying to reorder a 'favorite' or 'Past Order'. Every update is worse. Get a new Developer.
Easy to use, and really like that they give you a pick up time option. Haven't had a problem with it
Easy to order and I set the time I want to pick it up. Works well that's all that matters
Cannot order because it will not let me select a location. Even if I go to recent orders, it says the wings are not available so I end up calling the order in.

This app is ok, but really needs some TLC. First, if you order something that comes with a side like french fries or potato wedges, you have to accept that side exactly how it is (plain). If you spend more and order the side separately, you can add seasonings, or cheese.. which is just dumb. Second, you can only write 18 characters under the special instructions part. So if you wanted anything on those plain ol fries, you better figure it out in 18 characters... do-able but annoying. Is the app experience important enough for Bdubs corporate to improve? we'll see..
