Pathethic experience. I have Rs 962 available in my bueno wallet, their prices are double then the other reputed food stores. Moreover, earlier the points redemption was 50% of the total credit whereas now they have reduced it to 25% without any prior notice. Nothing but a rip off.

I'm getting regular sms on my no. Please remove me from ur promotional offer list as i don't want it. Someone has registered my no. on this app. I'm getting messages very frequently which is very irritating

Have ordered quite a few times. First they over price their stuff, then give Cashback!!! Now, they have further decreased cashbacks. I have more than 1700 Cashback in my account n cant use them. I was a patron and now i would delete this app. Why overprice???

They are serving burgers directly from refrigerators. Really bad. Never ordering again from bueno.

The rewards applicable on orders now are 10% of the order amount. What a joke!

Granted there are offers to redeem, the price still doesn't justify the measly quantity of served food. No wonder the company was on the verge of closing down multiple times. Also I have been reading multiple reviews and turns out I am not alone. Wow, this is one stubborn owner.

Bueno is charging very high rate for their products . Food is not at all worth of that much cost . Service is too poor in some locality.

The app doesn't go past the loading screen and crashes on Redmi Note 3

Although I loved ordering food from you guys but now I am not going to do that any longer because your prices are way too much and that too without taxes and you have reduced the quantity over the period of time as well as you have hampered the quality of the food that you use to serve. I have been a long standing customer but your customer retention policy has failed to keep me as one. I never thought I will rate you guys as this low but honestly as a customer you had made me feel cheated.

The stuff is very costly. And they are providing no flat discounts on the orders. Making this difficult for middle class. I have 1200 rewards but not letting me use the full amount. Pretty bad service experience from this.

I love ordering food from you but now that you have reduced quantity of the food for the price you offer. Even after the feedback I gave for many of my last orders, there is no improvement. So I should stop ordering feed from you. VERY EXPENSIVE.

I have ordered panir dishes and they were pretty good. But today I feel totally cheated when I got Subz Galouti Kebab. The first really poor experience as now I have to go out for dinner. Even Rs 30 bucks veg momos tasted a 1000 times better than these really pricey and totally tasteless crappy kebabs. I would like Bueno to refund my money to my Paytm account. They really need some good chefs as competition is very tough in Gurgaon.

Had placed an order last week. Although money was debited from my account, the order was not processed by these people. Have been chasing these guys for the past week; keep hearing promises that refund will happen in 48 hours. Will recommend everyone to avoid ordering from this place..

I have ordered multiple times, the food is okay & is delivered in time. But is is too pricey. Whats great is you can order till 4 am.

Ok! Now i know after i tried that you guys dont deliver food to Delhi. Now why do u send msgs to me everyday ? I uninstalled app but the same. There is no settings option to modify notifications in your app. You got to stop these sms daily sent to me pf no use.

Really? Are you people really cooking the food or not... i am feeling like i am eating the raw chicken dipped in sauce... and this is not the first time... cashbacks are not going to help you if you provide this quality of food.

The overall service quality has went down.I used to order food earlier but now I dnt think it's worth the money I pay.The quantity of the food is so less in respect the price.After the last few failed attempts to regain trust in them..not taking risk anymore.

It crashes in some android devices.. Also quantity of food is pretty less..

I just ordered my meal and put up a coupon code for some lemonade which wasn't delivered and to top it all a pathetic delivery boy...god bless you Bueno pathetic kitchen

This is because the order was not delivered and no information for the same was given by the team. Very bad services !!!

Tried several times. Pathetic app, with very poor follow-up. The food doesn't get delivered half the time or there are monumental delays. On several occasions my money is detected but the food is never delivered. Order only if you have two to three hours to spare.

Somebody save me from their spam texts!

10% cashback mentioned while paying through mobikwik but haven't received. neither receiving calls nor responding mails.

Worst customer service from this company.... Even after waiting 1.5 hours for my food it never arrived, I called them more than 10-15 times and all my calls to the helpline are being disconnected by the people there. Nobody has any idea on how to check the status of the order and just transferring me from one person to the other. You guys should just pack up shop if you don't know how to value your customer.

You guys have great Gourmet food alright. But you are upping the prices way too much and with taxes its hitting the pockets. The prices don't match up the quantity and you've reduced quantity too... From serves 2 to serves 1 for the mains now... If you don't understand... You will start losing patrons such as me.

They deliver your food after 2 and a half hours which is just intolerant. I would suggest everyone to not download and order your food from it.

They deliver very late.. Like almost after 2 hrs.

Order, pay, forget. Because your food is never coming.
