I booked through the app, but received no email confirmation, and can't retrieve my booking through the app... they have however, taken full payment from my card!!

Did quick test from car hire had a week ago to a week later. Way too expensive. For business fine. For consumer shop around to get best deals

The app is completely useless. Half of the menus aren't visible on the screen so forms cannot be filled in properly. Thus, bookings can not be made.
