Was this app even tested? Frustratingly glitchy. Selecting a location is a miracle. Default selections are astoundingly unhelpful. Why would the default for picking up the car be 2am?

The location UI is a bit frustrating to use. When your typing a location, the ui abruptly interrupts, to pre-fill suggested locations. So If I try to type "New York", I must stop for any locations that begin with "Ne-", then "New-", then "(space)" lol smh. Please update.

Compared to other rental apps this is the worst. Just use the website and save the headache

Hate this App. Can't make a reservation from this app on my phone. It keeps saying car is not available and pick another over and over.

Terrible. Cannot make a reservation and no app support.

It use to be great but can't make reservations anymore since a update weeks ago so 3 stars is generous at this time

It's quick, and easy to navigate

Says We're Sorry. There is an issue with the network. Please adjust the settings. Not my network as I've tried over wifi and cellular. Uninstalling.

Location finder has issues for search with exact spelling. Hours of operations at a location isn't always correct.

Worthless app! Don't even waste your time downloading. It just keeps trying to load with the car on the screen. And 99% of the time it never does! But even when it loads it only has limited menu options. If you want access to all the options the website offers, you shouldn't download this useless app. Just go to the budget website. Uninstalling after this review, that should be 0

totally useless tried to use it 2 times locks up cant back up or change thins. horrible. i cant believe they roll these apps out that are clearly not ready for prime time.

After a battle to get it to login, now it only shows profile screen which has no functionality beyond editing rental preferences.

Business traveler who occasionally has an unexpected need to rent a car: short flight gets delayed or canceled. It's a race between me and other like minded travelers to get a car. Seconds count. The app puts me in the front of the pack.

Often have trouble getting my phone, laptop and tablet to accept my password. This seems to allows happen shortly after using the mobile app

Sometimes it's hard to navigate or it simply shuts down or redirects you to another page or app not sure if that's the apps fault or not?

doesn't let you do anything from the app, just says "unable to process, dial the number" if I wanted to dial the number I wouldn't have wasted my life downloading the app

Although I've called about the app because I'm an account holder and I left feedback...Didn't even get a response. When you login sometimes you have to keep logging in with your profile information or when you're logged in it doesn't show any of your past rentals, your upcoming rentals yet you try to book now and it still doesn't work. this app is useless

No option to find upcoming reservation and add fastbreak number to it, just because of faster car pickup

Constantly crashes while using Deals. Cannot view Profile. Only good for viewing an existing Reservation.

Why do I need to remember my reservation number to look up my reservation? That's what the initial login is for. Stupod design.

App is buggy on my phone(Samsung S5), crashes continually and have reported this issue for 6 months to no avail. This is indicative of Budget overall performance, buggy and poor response to issues. Switching to National.

Was using the mobile website. Had set the reservation, everything was done. The website errored out, refreshed itself, then lost all the reservation info and tried to force me to download a version of the app that wasn't available in the country I'm visiting. I downloaded my nation's version, only to find that UK locations aren't included in the US app. So..wth...? I can't use the mobile website, I can't use the US app, I can't use the UK app. Good job, Budget.

Tried to use several times. Spp is useless. Called customer service (India I am guessing), told to reinstall. REALLY? I will be going with another rental company. Good luck Budget.
