Poor UX. I entered a pickup and dropoff location, hit next, and it started searching, no quote or anything. I then frantically hit the cancel button which popped up a confirmation window with no buttons to confirm I wanted to cancel. Fortunately support was quick and cancelled the request for me quickly.

Mid conversation about finding me a driver, they (Rory) completely stopped communicating. The other number they gave me was out of service. No one showed up, nor called, nor emailed. Incredibly unprofessional able disrespectful.

This app is great in theory, but I want to get estimates before actually ordering a "buddy mover".

Heard about this through a friend. No problem with app so far. They moved a sofa for me. Fast, easy, nice driver. Will definitely use them again!

App works well for drivers. Would be convenient if you could hit the address and have it open to maps . Overall pleasant to use

I have an suv with a trailer but won't allow me to be a driver since my make and model is not on the list.

Great idea, looks like they fell apart in execution. Maybe Lyft or Uber will buy them out and fix it.

I've used the service twice to put belongings into storage, and retrieve from storage later. No problems, would use again. Wish service area was larger (Los Angeles).

Seems like a great idea but your App won't let me create an account so I can't use it. Please fix you app.

I just installed and registered as user and driver. No hiccups from the app for me.

Great idea/concept if it actually worked. I am using an LG v10 i cant add a pickup location and also cant register as a driver it kept giving me a "B.T. can't phone home" error message. Also be aware in the terms and conditions as a driver they will share your info with credit card & insurance companies. Like i said earlier its a really great idea if only the app actually worked. 2 stars for an idea that almost made it.

The app makes it easy to find a buddy with a truck. The app is straight forward.

I installed it &tried to input my payment information SEVERAL TIMES! It wouldn't work when I needed it ! Uninstall don't frustrate yourself!!

I have used this service many times and always had a great experience. The app was a little shaky at first, but it seems the company has since fixed the bugs within the app. The cost is very competitive, and the "Buddies" are great! I highly recommend this service.

I wanted to be a driver because I have a truck. I can't even input my truck information into this horrible app.

Easy to use! A great service! Driver was courteous and professional. Very affordable. I'm a satisfied customer and will definitely use Buddytruk again.

I went to ikea and needed some help. Ikeas delivery was $100 so I requested a Buddytruk. They were there in less than 30 min and was way less (~$40). Definitely recommend them!

I tried to use the app it stated no drivers nearby. Then I get a notice the delivery was completed. Better not have charged me. ThIs app sucks.

The app was a great help when I had to move my big screen TV that I bought at Target. I drive an average sedan so knowing that there was no way I could get it home the Manager referred me to the app and in no time at all we got it home. I would definitely use it again.

The app got a lot better. It makes me feel go helping people.

They gave me drivers from 25 miles away, took an hour to get that, this wouldn't have been a problem if you could prebook movers. It's an unintuitive app. It has potential but it's been wasted on this version. It sux.

Trying to register with this app is about as worthy of your time as reading some of the bs reviews from the developers themselves and their friends. Complete joke....great concept, absolutely zero follow through.
