After the first setup the application runs offline (without internet access)

I followed setup instructions it download of audio did not install. I checked to see if it went into device music player, but no. I just have a pic, can change background. When I tap play, I hear nothing. When I try to set audio track, app just stops. Sent bug report. Tried reboot device, still nothing, have past limit to get refund. Will uninstall if no reply. Thought it would work as it stated for tablets In ad copy.
