I was having an issue with getting scam phone calls from numbers like (XXX) 555-XXXX. I asked the carriers, and they told me to change my number! So I decided to do something about it. This program lets you create a patterns to send calls directly to voice mail, silence, or put certain calls on vibrate. Create as many patterns as you'd like, and the call blocker will work its magic on your phone.

It's a great idea and it could be very useful, but it doesn't work for me (using Android L, rooted). Also it crashes when I remove the first digit of a number. It would be useful to have a custom keyboard. The automatic formatting of the name makes editing confusing.

But this one allowed any random pattern, and that makes it great. According to me, the guy that wrote it.

If this was actual regex, I would be able to use square brackets to create range matchers, but this won't let me. You can't call it regex just because you have a few regex-like features.
