Bubble Cleaning 101

This App provides a very simple approach to cleaning up your life, through easy to use visualisation and goal setting. We all live in our own bubble, which is a reflection of our thoughts and situations. We are all born with a clean, clear bubble and over time our bubble gets fogged up with bad habits and negative thoughts. Your goal is to clear this fog and see the world clearly without subjective thoughts and bad habits.

You will work towards clearing the FOG {Fear, Obsessiveness and Guilt}, from inside your bubble, your universe. By setting goals, avoiding pricks and basically reflecting and viewing your situation objectively rather than subjectively you can make positive changes in all aspects of your life.

Work left to right, top to bottom, starting with the contract tab and ending with prayer. When you set your goals in the goal section your bubble turns darker or fogs up and when you reach your goals your bubble becomes lighter. Your ongoing goal is to have a clear or light colored bubble on your screen every day.

o Start by developing a macro life contract using the suggested life goals or set your own.

o Measure your level of commitment in reaching those goals.

o Set your micro goals on daily, weekly and monthly basis. When they are met your bubble lightens up. Reset and start again, you can add, subtract or change as you wish.

o List pricks to avoid, negative influences, people, places or things.

o List Straws that suck your time and energy people, places or things.

o List and search for positive gentle breezes to help you on your life journey.

o Meditate and pray regularly.
