App is good. But only works well if taking pictures closely. The pictures cannot be ZOOM in or Out as per need. like ZOOMing on to a number plate for better view and things. Also the Pics cannot be found in the Gallery, but somewhere else where its tough to locate. Please place them back in Gallery.

1.No option of selecting voilation. 2. There might be situations where we do not have time to capture pics. Like vehicles creating pollution. In such case only vehicle number should work out. 3. Should have option for uploading pics taken earlier/separately from mobile.

Nice app to report the traffic violations and make Bangalore a better city. As others said there is no option to select pic from gallery. By the time i unlock phone and open the app, they get away. And few days after i report a complaint check it again, the images will be disappeared and broken.

Whenever I am trying to report a traffic violation it's not working. After entering the registration number when I am going to select the violation nothing showing except "back" & "accept" option.

App seems to be designed only for online users, capturing fresh photos. Practically impossible if police expect people to be vigilant, and report. In real world, situation is different. When I see a violation, I may not have the app open, and that also with am active internet. Pls rethink and add an option to upload earlier captured photos. It will surely improve reported cases..thanks

I tried to upload a picture of a guy who was violating traffic rules without wearing helmet. But picture didn't upload at all. It was showing "Loading" all the way for more than 20mins. Later i cancelled uploading the picture. Please fix these issue. Device : Nexus 5(M). Thank you

Biggest drawback of this good initiative is that users cannot upload pictures from gallery. When I see someone violating rules it's easier to take pictures but very difficult to use the app. By the time i open app take picture the violator would have escaped. Unless offline option is given it's of no use. Do not understand why this is not implementable for wider usage.

There is no option to report for DRIVING DANGEROUSLY in this portal. How to report this? Also its not possible to click picture since person doing will skip immediately.

It hangs, option won't pop up, I missed many traffic violations to report. Please fix the bugs. However overall app is good and its frame work and purpose are good, my phone is nexus 5

This is an excellent app to capture and upload traffic violations. Easy to use except for some technical glitches. I am an active user and raised as many as 1000+ complaints so far. Why curse people? Instead, be smart install this app and start capturing violations.

This app is good for public.... But this Indian government is very very brilliant in introducing these kind of apps only against peoples.... But introduce an app for polices also, we ll also lodge fines against fraud polices, coz 99% of polices are frauds only

When I capture something and try to select a violation, the list is empty and it would be better if there is an option to manually type and add a violation.

Please enable upload of photo as well. Right now, can only take a picture

Cannot upload from gallery, violations cells are blank, have to enter 'reg no' explicitly so that I get beaten by the traffic rule violating person... Totally useless

Would be nice if a photo upload feature is also incorporated along with the capture feature... as at times it's difficult to open the app and then click... instead the camera can be used to click and then uploaded...

Once photo is taken it takes very long time in uploading the photo. Also if the photo has number plate clear then they should not reject the complaint if manually entered reg no is incorrect.

This is a good initiative by BTP. I took a pic of a violator and wanted to report it. But this app doesnt allow selecting the pic from Android gallery. Developers of this app should be able to add this feature very easily. Please improve this app and see more violations through 'Public Eye'

1)Please provide a drop down list to Categorize the violation types in the form of drop down menu 2) Enable options to upload photos and videos. 3) Mandate few details like voilation type, vehicle number, area, description such that they can help the authorities to address efficiently.

I tried searching cases which have been closed as "violation raised" on BTP app by vehicle number, but could not find. It said no violations for this vehicle!! So is this a hogwash fooling us????

No violations available to select. Waste of effort put. No option to upload from gallery too. By the time the app is opened and violation is captured, the violator is out of sight

This app is implemented so badly that I can't even begin to describe! You can't choose the violation description since that's loaded from the server, which takes forever! Very poor indeed!

I have tried a lot but could not submit the photos as you cannot upload the violations and lot of my photos are still in pending folder

After taking picture, unable to submit as it asks for violation to select. Nothing pops up in violations. It is not a free text field. Called 103 but no help. Asked a cop on the road. He said it will be rectified n work is being done a week n half ago. Still not fixed. Waste of memory on the phone to have this app.

No photo upload possible from gallery, why? Painfully slow & throws up errors while uploading real time pics. Not a single update since inception! Even BTP had dumped it & have created their own 'public eye' app

Should be allowed to attach picture from gallery and choose the time of violation. Certain Parking violation may require a more than 1 picture to show the exact violation and add comments d. Parking violation need not be related to only No-Parking zone but can also be dangerous parking leading to traffic obstruction for e.g. parking towards center of a busy narrow lane or parking in front a gate leading to nuisance . These type of violation may require multiple pic to be attached to give proper view.

The app is good,but , when I'm trying to add a violation , the violation options are blank. please fix this issue

It's high time to update this application. Please make this app a bit more faster and user friendly. options like auto reg number reader by using camera and voice recorder should be implemented so that user can easily report the issues.

SOMETIMES HANGS AND THERE SHOULD BE A OPTION THAT A PERSON TAKES A PHOTO AND THEN HE CAN UPLOAD FROM GALLERY DIRECT SENDING SOMETIMES MISSES MANY VIOLATIONS.

But please have an option for uploading offline. And once they connect to internet, it can be uploaded automatically. Or else give an option to upload from Gallery.

The email id field does not pan right while typing long email ID. Also after clicking the photo, the app hanged.

Really it's poor app. We can't open app in traffic and take snap. Gallery upload should be added. Otherwise it's waste

The App has stopped working ever since I've updated to Android Lollypop Please fix it

Everything is ok but pls make a option to catch the police who takes bribe...so that ppl can upload the respective poloce pic and u can take action...ppls do that
