BT Mobile for Android
I have an ASUS ZenPad 8.0 P024 (Z382KL) when I got it it was on KitKat, The Apps that I use are BT Wi-Fi, My BT and BT Mobile and all was OK. I did try BT Cloud and BT SmartTalk but did not like them but they worked OK. When ASUS updated my MobiTab to Marshmallow all was OK and I could update the Apps from the Play Store. Now ASUS have upgraded me to Nougat and all the BT Apps that I use have not compatible with your device in Play Store so they cant be updated from there, At the moment I am using a APK grabber to download them to my phone then transferring to PC then transferring the to my ASUS MobiTab. This is a bit of a joke as they work fine and it is a bit of a long way round just to get them on my ASUS MobiTab.
On my samsung galaxy note 4 and s4 it worked fine I've just brought a galaxy s8 plus and it doesn't recognise the number saying it's not registered I've had this number for 2 years with BT. I've u installed and reinstalled it and got the latest verion still not working.
Won't load for my number saying my SIM isn't registered despite using this number for yrs ....

Mike, Moto e running 6 Moto e running 5.1 doesn't seem to count all call minutes, it counts most, but seems to ignore calls to 0800 numbers. This works for me, no problems experienced. Really like being able to see other bt mobile Sims on the same account, i can estimate the bill easier. Very useful, small app and it doesn't use up too much phone storage.
BT MOBILE APP. LIKE THE NEW LAYOUT OF THE APP. AND REALLY USER FRIENDLY. BUT I HAVE ONE BIG GRIPE WHY WHEN I USE THE BT MOBILE APP. THE (BT WI FI APP) ALSO (TURNS IT'S SELF ON.) I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY AS I DON'T SEE ANY REASON WHY IT SHOULD. BECAUSE I'M ONLY USEING THE BT MOBILE APP TO CHECK MY USEAGE. IT JUST DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE TO USE ONE APP TWO APPS HAVE TO BE RUNNING WHICH OBVIOUSLY USES MORE POWER AND DRAINS THE BATTERY. ??? . IVE GOT THE BT SPORTS APP AND THE BT TV APP AND THE MY BT APP AND NONE OF THESE APPS WHEN IM USEING THEM TURN ON THE BT WIFI APP. (ONLY THE BT MOBILE APP. TURNS ON THE BT WIFI APP. ) IT JUST DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE FOR TWO APPS TO BE RUNNING TO BE ABLE TO USE ONE APP. AS MORE POWER IS USED AND THE BATTERY GETS DRAINED .. MY PHONE IS A SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 MINI ANDROID.
The new app guess I'm getting used to it now.. Please...also when bt take our monthly payments they'd send a receipt to us to our email address acknowledgement of payment..
Having Wi-Fi enabled to download the latest update causes the app to fail on subsequent installation. It claimed my SIM hadn't been activated. Using data mode during install gets it working. Thanks BT for the info post facto.
Brill, works a treat. No bugs and much better than the older apps. Loads of useful info. :-)
Not that practical as you can't change the settings for things, had to call BT to do this so what exactly is the point of the app?
Like the new look, can view all sims on account. Gives all the info I need at a glance.
The app does not recognise my bt sim and gives no information about usage at all ...utterly useless

I can't use it it keeps telling me that I need to activate my SIM but u can send texts from my SIM

I have been on Virgin, EE, and now BT and this app is by far the best of all I have used. Informative, quick, personable, well designed. I am impressed. I would like to see how much data has been used like the online version shows. This just shows remaining.
Moved myself onto BT Mobile and the app works great. Easily the equal or better than other carriers.

I got the SIM card . I just wanted to know how much I have on it every time I used it it's not working on my phone and I got a cubot
Would be good if there was a widget to monitor usage instead of relying on 3rd party apps

Just moved to BT mobile and brought my number over. Installed app but will not set up properly. Entered PIN but keeps saying I've changed the sim and to take it out and reinsert it. Uninstalled app and started again - same problem. Useless

Mobile Sim is in my iPad as I'm only using for Data. However as the account holder I'm unable to view data usage on my EE enabled phone as you send a text to validate which is never recieved. How am I as the account holder able to monitor multiple sims? Plus because I'm on EE I'm unable to install this App.
Won't load very frustrating. Have reinstalled app with WiFi turned off. But just get stuck on a screen with "phone permission needed" message. I've been told to press OK to allow permission but this option doesn't appear. As I said previously the screen freezes on the "phone permission needed" message and can't get past this stage. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no success :0(

Bug in app. In "Settings/Show usage data for all SIMs" the requested login will only accept an email addr, whereas the online login can be set up as either a name or an email addr. Once set up you can only use the form you have chosen. In my case a name, so the app will not accept the login which is valid for my online BT account.
